Probably the most exciting new drummer, since Buddy Rich…and that says a lot, considering how many good drummers there are.. There’s just something special about his style… No gimmicks of big kits, big funny hair, just bashing as hard and fast as they can, or going crazy with double bass drums kicks.

@@dylanbaldwin7934 It's much easier to play jazz style music with traditional. It's easier to hit softer ghost notes with traditional because you are not using your whole forearm to swing the drum stick, just the fingers.

First off, incredible drumming by Greyson. What an inspiration on the kit. One thing I've noticed in the Sweetwater videos is how much he's pushing the hi-hat stand with his foot to the point that it creeps away, where he has to move it back to playing position. If I was to recommend anything, definitely the Kick Block for hi-hat stands. Best product bar none to stop bass drum as well as hi-hat and BD slave pedal from creeping away during play.

For me it’s not just the musical and rudimental playing, but it’s also the way I like drums tuned. Let the drums ring a little bit and let the Toms sound like Tom Tom’s. The natural sound of a well tuned instrument as in this video is so much more enjoyable to me. Yes I like the sound of muted and controlled single headed concert Toms, But as in this video. Let the Toms sound like the double headed tom-toms they are. Thank you sweet water for this video
