I think an aquarium DLC would be great - you could create a habit with those plexiglass underwater tunnels. Sharks, rays, turtles, and some variations on some of the animals we have already (more penguins/seals etc) would all be great for an aquarium pack. I don't see orca or dolphins though in the future of the game. It's just not where zoos are now or how I think Frontier want to showcase their vision for zoos.

I originally wanted an aviary before an aquarium, and I think I *still* do, but the more I play this pack, the more I want even more aquatic creatures. A jellyfish exhibit would be so nice, like one with the blacklight. Maybe just a large series of different fish and crustaceans in one pack that you can plop into a giant tank with coral decorations. Oh man. Seriously, just give us one huge "Sky and Sea Pack". 🤣 But no, I celebrate this pack so much! Thank you for the build inspiration!!

I think the word for the "opposite stage" is an amphitheatre 😁 This looks amazing!

What I think would be in the aquarium pacts (Larger animal only, and jellyfish) 1. Grouper 2. Sand tiger shark 3. Whale shark 4. Black Sea nettle 5. Moon jellyfish 6. Spotted lagoon jellyfish 7. South American sea nettle 8. Cannonball jellyfish 9. Giant manta ray 10. Hammerhead shark

This pack is actually making me seriously consider actually buying the game. Having worked with grey seals for the past 15 years I have to say, you created pretty sweet habitat for the grey seals. It is not too big !!! Pieterburen looks quite different as they focus on rehabilitation and so it looks much more clinical to keep it clean. But for grey seals, this habitat is great! coming from a life long grey seal keeper, there are only two suggestions. In modern zoos, keeper's entrances are always double or even triple doors to eliminate any risk of animals accidentally escaping. And yes, grey seals are very intelligent and they might feel inclined to investigate what's beyond their habitat :). The second thing is that in your design you did not include much of an area for keepers to work with these animals in terms of medical training. This is something that pretty much every good, modern zoo is prioritising, to be able to have a space for keepers and animals to work together using positive training techniques.

I can't wait till they add even more aquatic plants and such. The deco pieces really make the zoos and animals come to life

No you are not the only one who want to make a new zoo. I don't put much detail into my builds but after watching you I am sooooooooooo much more into details.

A zoo here in Oregon had an Orca named Keiko, the Orca who played as Willy in Free Willy. He was rehomed (I don't remember where) but in 2003 he sadly passed away due to pneumonia. Us Oregonians still think of his as one as our own, in a good manner. I grew up watching Free Willy, it's still to this day, my all time favorite movie. To think if I was born a few years earlier (born in 1999), I probably would have met such an amazing creature. It saddens me his life was far from great and I continue to wish him a peaceful rest.

Actually, thanks to the movies, people started a charity to really free willy aka Keiko out of captivity ☺ The build a big "tank" for him in Oregon for 2 years or so and they tried to teach him to be a "wild" orca again ☺ This took them way longer than they thought, because its just super hard to teach a captive orca to be "wild" again ☺ Eventually they brought him to Iceland where they had like this area for him connected to the open sea. It was impossible for him to really connect with wild orca pods, since orca pods all have their own language, diet, and way of hunting. So he never really fit in in any wild orca pod sadly. He eventually ended up in Norway where he obviously tried to make contact with humans, because this was basically the only contact he really knew. He eventually passed away indeed of an pneumonia. Keiko was, unfortunatly, a great example of why you should not keep orcas in captivity and that its impossible to give them back the life in the wild they deserve. Keiko must have been super lonely his last few years, not being able to communicate with any other orcas and for a long time just being alone all by himself. Just super sad :( It was also thanks to the movies how I got my passion and love about orcas ♥ they are such amazing, beautiful and smart creatures ♥ It tears me apart knowing there are still countries out there in the world that hunt on dolphins and orcas. They kill many of the adults, sometimes whole pods, just to capture a few babies to sell for millions to things like sea world etc. Just like they did back in the days with Keiko and so many other orcas that you still see in sea worlds and other kinds of parks all over the world. It's disgusting really!

I knew you would make an amazing habitat with this pack. Beautiful! I got the Aquatic Pack for my birthday today, I can’t wait to play 💙

"Naughty fish" is what I'm going to call eels from now on lol! They would make great exhibit animals. I also think Jellyfish could make a great exhibit animals because they don't naturally move a lot but are gorgeous when lit up. Sea urchins and corals could be nice as well

this habitat made me think of a place here in cape town, south africa where we could go to see the penguins nesting. the pathway you made matches up with it basically 100%, the small beach, the water- and the nostalgia i felt is insane! this is by far my most favourite habitat in the city zoo. dankie, groete uit suid afrika! :D

This habitat is so neat I would love to see this in a real zoo. The rock work is... amazing! Super cool habitat. And the word i think for the audience area we just call "stands" or "bleachers" that area is super cute Lady. Then the word for the evil fish on the little mermaid is Eel. That would be interesting to see their animations if they added those. Overall though great job Lady. Can't wait to see the other habitats!

I thought for sure you were going to mention Ecomare as well! The seal rescue on Texel. It' was one of my favourite places as a kid

Lovely Habitat, as far as getting an aquarium DLC, I can understand Frontier's desire not to have animals like dolphins and orcas. But if we could get some small species of sharks, different fish, and morays like you spoke about, would be very fun. a DLC I'd LOVE to see is an Avian one, architecture pieces to build aviaries, all kinds of different perches, and other bird toys. And many different bird species, like macaws, lovebirds, conures, cockatoos, eagles, vultures, secretary bird, shoebill stork, etc. I'm a huge bird lover and an avian DLC pack filled with all things birds would be a dream.

I love your videos! you are really good to explain and your habitats are so nice!

When I heard that they were going to be add aquarium animals the first three animals I thought of were axolotl‘s, snapping turtles, and giant water bugs!!!! Three animals that I absolutely love and would love to see in the game!!!

I have built some amazing habitats like this one for the aquatic animals. I love the seals

Omg thanks deladysinger for mentioning that Frontier won't have dolphins or orcas and I mention those animals to be in a future pack because I love dolphins and orcas but I am so against have this beautiful animals in captivity. I would of liked this animals because I would love to create if I ever get planet zoo, a sanctuary kind of what you did with this exhibit for the grey seals to be fully natural but for orcas and dolphins, but times change I know zoo tycoon 2 has orcas and probably that was during a time when people saw orcas ok to be in concert pools, but like you said Frontier is going with a more modern zoo orcas and dolphins don't really fall under that category. I think is best for these animals to be free in the wild. Great exhibit for the grey seals I love all the rocks and arches that you added in the exhibit. 🌊👍

I really want an aviary pack, birds are such a big part or a zoo! An aquarium is cool but not usually as big of a part in a zoo.

I really really like how easy you handle those rocks. I always feel it takes ages to create a natural looking formation. Anyhow, somebody else also experiencing a lack of visibility with underwater viewing points? Vision gets so blurry through the glass!
