I don't normally watch Planet Zoo speed builds but I've fallen in love with yours! It's easy to get discouraged thinking "My habitats will never look that good" but you make it look so easy so I've been inspired to try building something with walls instead of the barriers. Your content is amazing and I've loved every habitat I've seen you build so far!

I love the layout of the habitat. The two walkways above each other with one closed up and one open to look is such a good idea. looks really great :-)

I must remember to do more like you with the logs and climbing frames. It looks so organic and more natural. Smart trick with the waterfall. I will try to remember that too.

For so long I was wondering how you built without the terrain causing the headaches I constantly have, and this ep explained it with the settings to disable! Awesome habitat to conclude the dome, looking forward to watching the tour next.

Fun fact: Melanism is recessive in Leopards, but dominant in Jaguars. I doubt it's reflected in game, but two non-black jaguars cannot produce offspring with melanism

I'm sorry but this is wrong. To keep it simple I'll say one carrys two "color-genes". A dominant gene will ALWAYS show it's characteristic no matter if it is paired with another dominant gene or a recessive one. A recessive gene will only show when it is paired with another same one. Each parent passes on ONE of it's two genes. It will NOT always pass on the dominant gene, it can pass on each of the genes it carrys. The melanism gene is dominant in jaguars. They can carry two melanism genes or one melanism gene and one normal gene and in both cases they'll appear black. That means they can have black offspring as long as ONE parent carrys the melanism gene ( = one black parent) and passes it on to the baby. When both parents are black, they both need to carry the recessive "normal color" gene and pass it on to have normal colored offspring. With leopards the melanism gene is recessive which means that BOTH parents need to carry the gene and pass it on to have black babies. A dominant gene needs to be passed on by only one parent to develop it's characteristic while a recessive gene must be passed on by both parents. A recessive gene can be carried on over generations without developing.

@@CozyLumi That's exactly what the sharif said, isn't it? You just explained it in more detail. As Melanism is dominant in jaguars non-black jaguars have to have two recessive genes. That means two non-black jaguars cannot have black offspring. (as long as this trait does not mutate of cause)

You can also build a bridge where people can walk and see orangutan,capuchin monkeys gliding,climbing etc and the exhibit will be full of tropical trees

The habitat is super cool and realistic and the black jaguard is super beautifil and it fits the habitat you made ♥️♥️♥️

@@DeLadysigner what do you think next DLC is going to be? ive noticed a bit of a pattern nobody has noticed: Arctic, Aquatic and europe/america pack came out the same time of year with a similar theme (a bit of cold, and some being different), AR being 2 years ago (17 december if i recall correctly), AQ being 1 year after (8 december) and NA and E being quite close, being 2 months apart in late autumn/early winter (14 December and 4th october) SA and SEA being tropical in march/early april, SA being 2 years ago (wow, but april 7th) and SEA being exactly 1 year after the trailer (30 march) AU and AF being warm areas, around summer time, AU being 1 year ago (25th august), and AF being 8 months ago (22 june) so next DLC might be a tropical-themed animal/normal pack edit: other frontier games have the same pattern, Jurassic world evolution had cretaceous dinosaur, RTJP and early cretaceous (JWE2) as winter themes Early spring had Carnivore pack and the soon-to-be-released Camp Cretaceous themed pack. mid-late summer to early autumn saw Claire's sanctuary, Fallen kingdom update and secrets of dr wu

Wow I already loved the first jaguar habitat but this one is even cooler. Can’t wait to see what you will do for the jaguar habitat in koali zoo. I think the new waterfall is best used with a lot of rocks because it looks like it splashes of them all the time.

Dit gebouw is zó gaaf!! Zou zo in de trailer van het spel of de DLC kunnen, werkelijk prachtig 😃 De nieuwe planten en bomen ben ik zo blij mee, staan hier perfect bij! En ook hoe je met de paden werkt, goede flow. Ging je deze dome delen met ons stervelingen, net als met enkele uit Meilin? 🥰 😅

If you haven't already look up Detroit Zoo. They have some really unique exhibits like their famous polar bear exhibit and super interactive penguin exhibit.

If you are worried about too many walls on your walkways just decorate those walls with torches and plants. Maybe statues.

How do you keep the building pieces from entering into grouping together every piece you place! I was trying to build a rounded wall area last night taking inspo from your last monkey habitat but every time I placed a piece it tried to group it together!
