Intension of Nepali Government is to raise TAX for their expenses, so they won't leave any stones turned. No public is going to raise voice against their steps. In my opinion business house also have their greedy agenda for implementing this rule. LETS RAISE OUR VOICE AGAINST WRONG LAWs/RULEs

The solution that you suggested might be the best and if it is emplemented we are sure to see it will cost a high amount of price for the phone to get registered in Nepal.

I really don't know how to feel about it. It is strange. Like she said at the end, it could restrict the freedom of choice. Nepal is not only the Kathmandu and its also the villages. Instead of applying such a drastic rules, may be they should look into reducing taxes on electric goods. Nowadays kids all over world are studying from their desktops and laptops but in nepal many don't have computers and had to rely on their phone more than ever. Yet, more taxes and restrictions on such goods that are critical for development young generation Still It is really early to say. Let's hope for the best.

If the difference is 2-3k It's understandable for a 50000 priced smartphone in india But Difference is quite high around 10k We can't pay

I imported Realme X2 Pro last year which was launched in 2019 in India and still isn't launched in Nepal. The phone is still a beast in terms of specs amongst mid-range phones. MDMS is Nepal's government unofficial support for Mobile Phone brands illegitimate prices and monopoly in selective importing and dumping of brands that are somewhat a failure in other countries.

Government give highly priority support for monopoly market in Nepal.Also government workers want more black 💸💸 to fill their unwanted needs from importers .it is sure that mobile phone 📱 is in limited options and about 20-50%more price then international markets.i think that it directly effect to the consumer. As far as I know one phone for personal use is allowed to be bought from abroad and it can be registered to be used easily in Nepal. Also I got to know that the service is arranged at the airport or border of Nepal for such registration. If it's true can you please make one video on it.
