8 hour's sleep is important and stress cannot is completely removed from brain but you can release the stress by excercising or working out, lifting weights can help the body weat and too much sweat release= lowering of stress from the body physically and mentally

Ma'am what to do for oxidative stressed caused due to sunlight. For our skin we have spf of different types however we don't have any options other than turban or caps to protect our scalp from harmful ultra violet rays What to do??

I'm just observing that it has been watched by 600 thousands people, means be confident and be what is created by nature. Temporary change can bring colour but not feeling of being yourself.❤️❤️

My mom has been using chemical colors for over 5-6 years now. In her past 3 4 application, she experienced some allergies like itching and burning scalp , burning swelling eyes and in her last application , first she had severe animal like itching in her whole body and with in 15 minutes she was fainted and we've to hospitalized her. Thank God she is well and back home now. With discussions with several doctors we came to know that since the use of chemical colors has emerged in our society, women especially are undergoing some health issues that even they are not aware it is caused by chemical colorants. These chemical colorants are life threatening. I'm rarely post comments but this issue was personal to me and there is so very less awareness on the subject matter that I thought to post a comment. In case you read this comment ,I'd like to request you make a video on the health issues caused by using chemical colorants and I'd like to request you to make that entire video in hindi so that the information can benefit maximum number of people. While searching for doctors recommended 100% natural colorants I came across Indus Valley Hypo allergic aqua color, which is openly being recommended by doctors over youtube, it would be really nice if you can do a review of it . Looking forward for it. Thanks 😊

Hi Dr, your Video is well explained but content did not mentioned about black sesame and black bean, will these two able to break hydrogen peroxide down and improve melanocyte for hair pigmentation. My father and aunt (father's sister) have a medical history of having significant grey hair from the age of 17-18 and in a couple of years they got disappeared mostly, I am 18 now, and I too have a significant 15-20% or so white hair, and I am way too conscious of it. I would be going to college soon, so I am a bit confused to start dying my hair in some way, that is less harmful, or shall I wait, like my father and aunt to let them go off naturally. Is there any approximate probability or number based on any research that my hair would get its colour back considering my ancestors got it back?

Hi mam my age is 30 and white hair started to grow randomly but it's less than 5% I observed that white hair are also shiny like silver but they are somewhat different than regular black hair, which hair behaves differently when I comb my hair it eventually gets out of the flow and it is somewhat weak also, from the mentioned drug what can I prefer to get, and yes my scalp is dry and have dandruff (flakes) issues regularly.

Ate age of 30 5% white hairs is normal , you dont need any medication , it start greying at age of 30 its natural phenomenon

PABA is very good in reversing gray hair, unfortunately it can be very toxic for the liver, kidney, and suppress thyroid gland.
