One serum I like with 10% Vitamin C and 0.5% Ferulic Acid is liitellextra rice berry vitamin c face serum. It has a respectable vitamin C percentage at 10%, and It's never irritated my somewhat sensitive skin. It feels good on the skin-and it doesn't leave a sticky residue like some I've used previously. I like its pump and I don't advise droppers as it's easier to apply with one hand, and it doesn't oxidize since you don't open the bottle every time-you just use the pump. It has brightened my complexion more than any other serum I've used. I've tested over 12 serums, and this one has truly improved my skin tone.
