@@allenu Now that you mention it, I don't think there is a single gun in either movie. It's basically false advertising if not for Tom Crooze using plenty of guns in the Mission Impossible series, a series that some say is a prequel to the Top Gun series (that should be named Top Pilot, as you said). I just saw the new Top Gun movie and going into it I was completely unaware of what it was called, yet within the first 5 minutes I noticed the connection to Maverick. In fact, to me this movie was even more of a sequel to Maverick than Top Gun. If they had called this movie Maverick 2 I think it's highly unlikely anyone would even know it had anything to do with Top Gun.
@abundantYOUniverse Жыл бұрын
I am really upset they didn't either dig up James Garner for the movie or do a CGI of him like they did Tarkin and Princess Leia. Also mad they cut the scene where James Rockford's dad is hanging from an F34 during combat. Not only that, but they completely eliminated the scene where Angel is hotwiring an A10 to steal it. And the ending where Maverick and Maverick have a shoot out at the OK Corral Air Force Base.

Tim's caloric intake was far too low so a pouch was created which fed warm RJ's shakes directly into his stomach via a tube. He required a wardrobe that covered it. Unfortunately later on the tube came loose and the shake was no longer being fed into his stomach, and instead was just filling his body outside of and around his organs. This caused a couple problems, but nothing that wasn't fixed with lithium-rich grain water that he discovered under his ranch.
