I tell my boys to reach for the stars and to Never stop working to reach your goals.Anything is possible!! BUT I’m also realistic and I tell them that most all kids who have played little league, travel Ball and had parents who paid big money for Camps and trainers will never go to waste bc you will turn into one heck of a SOFTBALL player 😉 Lifetime of fun, enjoy it while it lasts…Fat softball coming in,wait until it’s in YOUR zone, separate your hands and front foot and unleash your quick hands as soon as that front foot lands with good rhythm and timing 😉(if you want faster hands which equates to more power,do some overload/underload training) Remember have fun and don’t think so much..Just like baseball, see ball,BASH ball ⚾️⚾️⚾️

IMO the guys that are tier 1 hitters explain hitting advice at the simplest forms while lesser hitters over explain hitting. Connell explains hitting while keeping at the simplest of explanations. A.k.a KISS method.....

His stance is alot like the man Carl Rose. One guy who was not huge but hit it very well. Greg is like Carl one of the best amd Greg may very well be the best.

Sorry you did not like it ... The video did help older guys know who Greg is and what he is doing. Most players know the players in their generation with in 2o years. IN my defense I kwon and played with some of the greats of all time. my goal is to establish a channel to capture softball history. Softball is as Hard as you make it. , Greg Said that and that is well said. I went back over this interview and there are some valuable inputs made by Greg.

Could improve on the camera work and analysis of the swing at the end too.

Lol! Hate to say this but that Petco park homer he said “Went completely out of the stadium” actually DIDN’T. If you watch that up close of the ball leaving, it actually bounces into the top corner of those metal bleachers they have up on the roof ;) Good shot no doubt… but a 450 footer would get you up there (That’s actually been measured/proven) and an actual 565 shot would’ve landed across that street back there. Lol
