"One of the most important effort strategies is to figure out what is burdening us" This idea of deep searching, to look what is holding to us, is what made me leave a well-paid job in Qatar and start my own business (earning less than 15% of my previous salary) in Eastern Europe. Was it easy? No. Was it worthy? Absolutely. Good interview!

For me, this was incredibly poignant. I have the very same painting that Greg described, framed in my own living room. I had never noticed that the artist, Greg Kershisnik, titled the painting, “ She Will Find What is Lost”. I needed this more than I can express. Thank you 🙏🏼

Notes for myself: 01:03:35: Question own upsetting core beliefs: Amelia Boone: "No one owes you anything". Byron Katie - The Work: 1. Is it true? 2. Can I absolutely for sure know this to be true. 3. Who am I and how do I feel if I believe this to be true? 4. Who would I be and how would I feel if I don't believe this to be true? 5. Turn around:

Woah, good recommendation on SponsorBlock! For those not aware: It color-codes the seek bar to also show intermissions, non-content parts. You can configure it to auto or manually skip. Neat tool!

There are historical facts that paint Ghandi as a destabilization agent working for British interests in India. Before those of you who will scoff at this, ask yourselves; how much do I really know about his story? Have I studied what happened to India during his time, who were the other players, and what resulted from his influence? Or did I just watch a Hollywood movie about him, read a couple of excerpts in a magazine here and there, and took his popular marketing as gospel?
