That stone is a Saphire., and a very nice one. 4 - 6 carats at a guess.????? Australia, back in the first part of the 20th century shipped 200 liter drums of Saphire uncut, to Europe. All though Australia's Saphires are not ranked well in the world, we do have a lot of good stone. 😊
