Sometimes Cricket in small towns and stadiums has its own beauty. Less seating capacity, less crowd and if there's nice weather then it's even better. That's good for Townsville that the whole series is being conducted there.

Steve Smith's catch was very good 🔥🔥 he is indeed a very good fielder and a class batsman too👍👍

Maxi is just 🔥🔥 Love Maxi 🔥 from Gujarat, India 🇮🇳

The fact that ZIM were 185-4 and AUS were 155-5 at certain points in this game, tells you that ZIM were not bad Add to that, they were playing a full-strength AUS XI in AUS It was Smith's agility in the field and his anchor role in the batting that was the difference between the two sides today and ZIM certainly need someone like him. Prolly Raza on his day could be the one! Kudos to Green and Maxwell too, they were the ones who sealed the game quite comprehensively, or else it would have been much tighter!

@@siyaram8135 I think his spot at 4/5 will be perfect for T20I, but I think Labuschagne will be better suited for No. 4 and Marsh can play at No. 5, then I think Maxi can play at No. 6/7. At this position Australia can use him as a finisher also. So I think No. 6/7 position is best for him ODI.

Zimbabwe played really well. I thought they will definitely score 250 above. But Cameroon green, starc, hazlewood has done an excellent job. In batting finchy need to bat with more responsibility. Smith, Warner, Maxi played so well. Congrats 🎊 Aussies ♥️

@rahul Narendra Modi stadium in Ahmedabad reminds me of Adelaide Oval in Australia. Straight boundary is so huge at the Adelaide Oval that in old days batters used to run five before the lawmakers stepped in.

Good way for Australia to start their summer. I thought Zimbabwe would get rolled over for 100 odd and the hosts would steamroll to a win. Credit to Zimbabwe for getting to 200.

Zimbabwe should get more matches against the big three. It would improve them and there is no point them facing teams like Ireland Bangladesh and Afghanistan. They should play India Australia England more frequently. If the senior teams of these countries can't be accomodated, A sides should tour Zimbabwe and play them.

I'm fully sure, if ICC given many matches for small teams against top teams, then small teams improvement day by day and given tough time for top teams. Zimbabwe, Afghanistan, Ireland, Scotland, Nepal and Netherlands all teams should playing better cricket. Cricket shouldn't for few nations, cricket should be for lot of nations like football. Zimbabwe is a team I would like to see improve again. I'm glad they qualified fot the T20 WC in October. Now they can try and get to the ODI WC next in the qualifiers which will also include South Africa!! Hopefully they can participate in the World Test Championship one day!!
