Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt as needed
Lime juice
Ghee or oil - 3 tbsp
Cashew nuts - 10 no's (optional)
Hot water - 1 3/4 cup
To grind

Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Mint leaves - 1/4 cup
