Sometimes, the greatest pleasure of fishing is not actual fishing, but just watching the spectacle unfolding in front of us out on the water.......

You two beings are a blessing! My brother and I just finished watching your latest video and felt we had to let you know what a gift you are. It is obvious that you are great fly fisherman, but what you bring is so much more than that. The choice of your words, images and music are truely artwork which inspires something beyond just flyfishing, it touches into the magic of life and the dance of our being in the midst of it all. We do not just witness it all, we are also an expression of it. You enrich our world. Greg and Chris

There are very few YT comments that bring me close to tears, but this one did. I might be feeling a bit emotional today, but thank you for taking the time to share this.. It means a lot, because reaching into other people's lives with deeper value in some way is a big part of our "why" behind what we share. - Amelia

This might be my favorite Jensen Fly Fishing segment ever. I especially liked the long coda of video and no hooks. The music was fresh and watery, flowing with the velocity of the stream. Thanks a ton for sharing.

😍It's wonderful that our artistic blending of music and footage in this one really connected well with you. Everyone obviously has their personal.preferences and all we can do is share what we feel works with any one scene. It's not about trying to please the masses, that's for sure!

another great video - Lady Jensen is a really accomplished dry fly angler - and her humble down to earth nature is so refreshing ! As a dry fly addict who has been doing this for 35 years - kudos to the both of you.

You guys are so blessed to have plentiful blue/green jewel lines filled with cutthroats unfortunately here in Montana there are few like that and because of covid and the influx of out of state vultures they have been ruined... hook scarred fish, trash, posted signs, hugely diminishing populations of fish and our fwp is all about profit not about saving the resources so we will have to let the resource crash and burn then when people leave like they have before we will have to wait for the scarred landscape to heal itself only to have a few years of eutopia just for an actor/actress or a pandemic to ruin it again... not sure if you guys have the same thing going on but its a bummer... Stream access laws used to be an amazing attribute but in fact they are a double edged sword which have and are actively destroying our fisheries and also the AG stealing more water than the water rights allow... If you guys experience this please touch on this and bring awareness... I actively target warm water species so at least I don't act as another rod causing more angling mortality... The guides here should be stewards yet they are the enemy and the biggest problem we have here because the same 50 guides beat up the same stretches day in and day out... its sad but its amazing to see the wealth of a resource you guys still have..

We are blessed. We're all blessed. But we are all facing the exact same issues coming out of the pandemic especially, but the world has long been heading to where we now are thanks to the short-fuse trigger the pandemic brought. Humanity tends to want what it wants, how it wants it, when it wants it and we don't tend to consider the next person or our cumulative impacts . In watching MTFWP it has been an incredible past few seasons with the drought, water (over) allocations, perpetuation of ag and other industries' impacts, and how recreation has seen an over-run of our waterways, trails, etc. Funny, we were just mountain biking our trails in the Crowsnest Pass today commenting how the outer shoulder of the cliff trails are all sloped outward and how exposed the rocks have become the past 2 seasons. On hiking trails their widths are now 2 to 3 times what they were pre-2020. That, all without the Hollywood influence you are having, which only will put a heavier toll on public lands and access as private land and access tightens. That said, also today, today was the first time Lake Louise in Banff, National Park was closed due to mass over-crowding and allocated only to residents. So you aren't completely alone. On this year's extended trip to New Zealand it was shocking how many anglers - Kiwi anglers especially - were not just crowding the popular waters but belligerent about "my rights". So it isn't any one region, it is global. Hence why New Zealand is moving toward Designated Waters where foreign use of waters is curtailed in favor of residents in order to preserve the rights of countrymen to keep a high angling experience on their waters. Ultimately, they are leading the conversation of the quality of experience and the conservation... and that will ultimately lead to regulation curbing commercial interests on many waters. I suspect that conversation to start to happen the coming 5 to 10 years.
