Looks like an SH4 and possibly panned more to the Pete cab. His tone on Dookie was insane, but that’s w double-tracking and other studio work. Listen to WICA from Reading in 04 and WICA from Pinkpop 17; his gain setting has definitely calmed down over the years. But, yeah, I don’t think the JB is angled, which definitely makes an impact among other things on the LP.
Shout out and pay rise to the guy who mixed the sound!!
This band saved my life🖤🖤 I wish I could go to see them ...

RetroSteve massively!!! I’m bored of seeing them live now cause every time I see them, 90% of the show is that heyyy ohhh shit and dragging out hitchin a ride for a 45 minutes!! And now he is starting to play the guitar a lot less and never plays any solos anymore in songs like waiting and wake me up....

Ok bro , green day are one of the punk rock gods but it doesn't that everybody has to like , people can have different different opinions, just as I hate pop and BTS , maybe they didn't like this so they pressed the damned dislike button, and that's why the button even exists , let people dislike something if they want to , I don't wanna see a monotonous world smh Rock Forever 🤘👨🎤🎸

@@ChiefBlazeGaming Nice famous saying
I was 16 years old when I first heard this song at house party in 1994. I hadn't heard of Green Day before that night regrettably. But as soon as Billie started singing I was overcome with a feeling of relief... every word was exactly what I felt but didn't have a way to express it without the fear of being judged or possibly made fun of at that age. I instantly asked the nearest person "who the f#*k is this"? My friend said some band called Green Day. I was hooked. I am almost 42 years old now and have listened to them almost every day since.... they have helped me in many ways. Whether in the midst of depression, in a moment of unbearable anxiety to when I am not going through any of that. I can relate to every lyric they have written. There music is my outlet in good and bad times. I am extremely grateful for that ...as for so long I felt like an outcast or misunderstood. I don't know where I would be today if I hadn't discovered them... I know I would have been worse off. The world needs Green Day whether people know it or not. Sometimes talent sneaks into mainstream music and I am glad they did or I may have missed out. I need this band to this very day. Over 30 years and still relevant which is rare in that industry. I am a proud Basket Case today. 🤘
This was HELLA good! 🎸🔥🥁💚🤘🏻🦄
