You guys are awesome. I got approved today in interview today. Marriage case. May 10- file received by USCIS June 20- work permit approved Nov 14- interview scheduled. Dec 13- appeared for interview and officer asked 2 or 3 basic questions and approved. Once again, thanks a lot. We prepared our case on our own with your help and some other KZreadrs as well.

Man...i assumed having a kid together is enough proof that a marriage is bon affide. Hi everyone, to give you an idea on how long it takes from the notification of interview till the actual receipt of the green card, please find below respective dates for us: July 9, 2020 - Informed by USCIS of interview schedule August 11, 202 - Actual interview that took less than 15 min. We were told that we were approved for the green card. There were no tricky questions. Sept 3, 2002 - received actual green card in the mail I understand that it's a case to case basis but just to give you an idea.

Rispondo alle tue domande in ordine: -Poco dopo essermi sposata mi è arrivata L'Employment authorisation card con cui potevo viaggiare, quindi ho viaggiato tranquillamente quando e come volevo. -si mi sono fatta seguire da un'avvocato, non me la sentivo di fare tutto da sola, anche se so che è possibile -se intendi le domande all'interview, ho risposto di getto e comunque erano tutte domande di cui conoscevo la risposta (dove vivete, quando sei nata ecc) -Me lo sono fatta spedire dall'Italia quando ho iniziato l'application dopo essermi sposata -No, legalmente non si può lavorare negli USA senza visto lavorativo!

It means a letter was failed to send so it returned back to the office, and they sent out another one. We got the same one too

No it was to get the green card, I only had EAC before

Gov employees don't have to be nice I went to city hall one day and met the biggest jerks. I was watching the Rockford Files tv show and the encounter with some real jerks at city hall...I was laughing thinking these must be real employees and not actors.

In August,9 2020 got appointment for fingerprint scheduled August,26 2020. September,18 2020 got my Travel document I -512, In November , 9 2020 got letter with scheduled interview for green card in December, 22 2020. In November,17 2020 got Work permit. Just had mine today! The do blood work, checked ears, eyes, throat legs arms , shots, and the have you strip down and they check your genital area (vajayajay- for women lol) side note- they just look for less than 2 seconds and they seal it and give it to you. Just don’t open it.

@@elizabethwilliams8108 well I have a lawyer. Two weeks after a greencard interview is a perfectly fine wait time. It can take up to 120 days for them to make a decision. I’m good. It’s marriage based, I’m certain it’s different for siblings. Also I’m already under DACA so I have the luxury to be able to wait for it without worry.
