Everytime I return here I feel so sad. Constantine II had so much potential. He could have been one of the greatest kings of modern history of Europe. So sad he didn't had the time to show it.

@Prasanth Thomas His family has been in Greece for 160 years now. His ancestors were born and died in Greece. He was baptised Greek orthodox, served as Head of the Greek state and military. Won the gold medal for Greece in the olympics of 1960. Attended all 3 officer military academies and served as Green Beret officer. If any Greak today was to take a dna test he wouldn't be 100% greek anyway. Therefore as much as it hurts you, He was born Greek, he lived as a Greek, and he died as a Greek.

I don't know exactly how the current regime in Greece deals with it's Monarchy memory, but I was surprised to not see a state funeral like we saw in Romania with King Mihai.
