I'm actually having a hard time studying because recently I've changed paths from my scientific bach to another one, and studying ancient greek is becoming really hard even though I like it more than physics, chemistry and biology. Studio Ghibli has always been my safe space and my home, I have really good memories of seeing the movies with my dad, and this playlist had me so concentrated on my studies I forgot everything, all the problems I've been overthinking for the last week just popped out of my head and l could actually study without any pressure. I'm really grateful for this, and I hope anyone reading this knows you can with everything life puts you through, that hard work does not let you down, and that good times come, they are just around the corner and don't forget you are loved, valued, and take good care of yourself. Drink enough water, eat enough food, and remember you are beautiful as the stars, as the moon, as the sun, as flowers, as rain, as sunsets, as black cats, as beautiful as a painting. Love u

I feel exactly the same! And this time of year is perfect for that over here in Europe, the trees just got their fresh green leaves in the brightest shades, the grass is lush and not yet cut, everything looks and smells so "Ghibli fresh"! It will never be the same later in the year.

I don't know what I'm feeling. I'm either sad, lonely and even cry without a reason. I miss my mum and dad. I really felt jealous when I see a happy family, i wish i have that to. I don't really open up but I'm became lazier, tired and feels heavier each day. I want to remove the thoughts and feelings going through to me. To those who read this. I´ve been in very dark places too due to circumstances. Your blood pressure and heart rate issues are very likely also stress symptoms which may even enhance the stress in a vicious circle. You are always allowed to look after yourself and take your time, say "no" to things that just feel too much to take right now. Give yourself some peace and quiet, those around you will understand. We have all been through such times, so we all know this is nothing to blame yourself for. This is a time for taking care of your own needs. Enjoy the peaceful Ghibli music, it helped me so much too 🧡💚💙.

Fun fact, Mamoru Hosoda, the genius behind Wolf Children and several other great films like it, worked with Ghibli for a while and was the original director of Howl's Moving Castle before Miyazaki took it over
