"target is down"
When i was a kid, i really like throwing using bamboo skewers (thinner than in your video). I stopped after entering highschool. Seeing this video reminds me of those days and im really surprised that you can even use toothpicks for throwing like that
This is great practice. The knives, etc. seem so much easier after using the lightweight items. Fun challenges. Bonus, I get to throw INSIDE! Thanks again Adam.

I love everything about this. The Gold Standard for creative knife throwing videos. Apartment throwers unite. Of course, here in New York City, the battle rages. I am almost in tears with joy to see my friend, a cancer survivor rise to such eagle heights with the killer angle of target to thrower. And, to be a positive influence on a sport. Who knew apartment knife throwers were such bad asses? I did.

Glad you like it my friend 😎⚔️🙏
Just a word of caution: throwing lightweight items such as skewers or toothpicks puts a lot of stress on your joints (elbow) - it's just like you can break a bow when you dry fire it (i.e. shooting it without an arrow). *Don't overdo it.*
This is way easier than I thought. I watched this and learned how to consistently throw them in a target from 2 meters away every time without fail after 4 hours. From 4 meters my success is about 75%. From 5 meters like he did I get about 50% success rate… and this is with the wooden skewers, I practiced with those first so going heavier would b easier… I also taught myself backhand throwing, so u throw like he did and then on the way back you also throw, it’s fun. Thanks for the video, I love this new skill.
Your video on no spin knife throwing was the beginning of my knife throwing journey. I would say my biggest challenge is finding a place I can throw knives. Thank you!
When the quiet kid had enough
Looks like a wave motion or how a whip cracks. Great video, going to have to start trying this out as one of my pass times. The super light skewers was really amazing from that distance....🙏

I started with bamboo and you made it so easy to learn not like other people
This guy is literally a master specially throwing anything
Thanks for these videos bro!
I tried this and it worked very well. Thanks Adam
I have a thing of bamboo skewers I’m like mmm let me try this. Mind you besides the occasional screwing around I haven’t thrown knives in 15 years at least. After about 20 throws I figured out my distance, and best I’ve gotten is 3 sticks and managed to knock the yips right off the skewers lol. And gain a sore ass arm like damn it’s been years!! Thanks Adam for this it was inspiring and fun!!

Love ur videos bro, I got my my knifes I ordered online and I practice almost 2 hours a day lol nothing else to do. I’ve gotten pretty good and ur advice has helped me a lot thank you!
You're cool. I'm learning to throw knives from you here in Utah. Eventually I'm going to throw from horseback as I am also currently learning horse mounted archery. I'm gonna try this for fun for sure. Thanks for all the great instruction.
thank you very much
That looks like so much fun! I used to find street sweeper tines sharpen them and throw them into a dart board.

Ah man, I've been so into this during the quarantine! I upped the ante with the KA-BAR Grirlamid chopsticks (with slightly sharpened tips) and the Keith solid titanium chopsticks (also slightly sharpened but still blunt to store and eat with). I'm going to have to try all of your challenges, thanks!

Good video 👍
Great idea, haven’t thrown a knife since I was a kid. Decided to get into this sport, and this is great practice. I found heavy duty cardboard was too hard to stick but Dollar Tree foam board works great.
AH ! You're Dutch! Leuke video man!
I started learning since quarantine now i can throw it in high speed, long distance and multiple times in one throw
Very nice

Adam, can you throw an ice hockey puck? Maybe at a helmet? I'm sure you can easily throw sidearm like a frisbee, but it would be cool to see you throw it flipping end over end and see if you can still hit target. I used to be a hockey goalie and that puck does weird things in the air (like the "Knucklepuck" in Mighty Ducks #3)
Wow i want this throw odjects
OMG, you are superman!
Have you ever tried throwing pencils?. Iwas taught to trough things under hand. Machete darts.knives. hatchet and axe i still throw overhand. Great video. My internet was spotted for a bi. Absolutely you are correct on taking a step back...keethe same motion...dont power it just fluidity .

That intro was great Hey Vsauce michael here
you can also do these techniques with pencils
He's good at throwing and he's good at home.
You are pro using weapoms bro
I still get just 2 in a row. Need to practise more ;) I wonder if this keeps lasting for while longer, will there be forks and spoons flying next. Or pencils thrue books. Nice tutorial. I know I will share it to some friends. Stay safe and well!

Instead of sharpening my chopsticks with a knife, I’m going to try it with my electric pencil sharpener. That should yield a very sharp point while leaving a little more mass at the tip.

U also can sharpen the wooden chop stick in a pencil sharpener
Best way to spend a couple of hours indoor, I use a pencil sharper to keep them pointy
ima tell my friend to not attempt robbing a restaurant that has chopstick ig
I have same tiles in kitchen
Theirs a way to refine your throw farther with chopsticks . It works different then most of the knife skills your referencing
Can we do it also using forks??

Can you do a fruit ninja type video where you throw fruit and attempt to pin it to a board using your knife throwing skills?? Please and THANK YOU!!
So this is how I impress my asian parents, is this the power of the gods!!???!?
There is a different way to throw the toothpick. You really should try it. Copy and paste 이쑤시개 던지는법 in YT.
There needs to be an anime character that wears a headband with a toothpick in his mouth
