Made thuse beans last week , used pork smoked neck bones

I was so worried. I pulled what I thought was ham out of the freezer but when it started to cook with the beans it turned out to be smoked turkey. Smoked poultry is a bit pink and that fooled me, lol. Thank you for sharing your recipe, I'm sure the beans will come out fine now!

I followed the recipe and it’s been four hours now. I bought smoked turkey necks, added the ingredients as stated in video into my slow cooker and it doesn’t look right after four hours cooking on high. The water level was equal to bean level and not a pinch above it yet it’s watery and the smoked turkey necks don’t seem done. Any tips to help me make this come out right?

What I was searching for, is do I need to pre-cook my turkey wings, but, I think they are pre cooked, as they are brown and shrink vacuum packed wrapped. I kind of already know how to slow cook beans.

Too thick for me crockpot always make beans thick we like more soup beans to dip our homemade cornbread in on the stove does this… but Ty
