🌄 GMorning Ty, on EVERYTHING u r showing out with all these recipes. These are my kind of foods? I just went to Aldi's yesterday and bought a 2lb bag of great northern beans. I always use either smoked neckbones, smoked turkey 🍗 or a big chunk of country ham (I love those but I can only find them at Shoppers😩😏) along with my seasonings. Lawd, it's top tier DELICIOUS gieDam🤤😋. #❤uboo

When I make bean I’ve noticed that adding in salt early on will make the beans tough and will take even longer for them to cook. That’s just my experience so like you I don’t add salt until the end of cooking! ❤

I wondered why mine take so long to cook. I’ve been salting the water before adding the beans. Thank you for this. I’m going to add at the end next time.

Yesss, my grandma taught me the floating beans trick. She said, "baby, they ain't no good, pluck them out." I haven't made beans since Winter started, but my husband just asked me. Guess that will be Sunday dinner. It's the ending for me 😂😂😂. ( don't ask for no damn ingredient list). Just wanted to tell you, this was my 1st year cooking a turkey, and your brining method made it a hit. They plucked that turkey to the bone honey. The only thing left was one leg 😂😂. I kept that and the bones to make a turkey soup. Happy holidays to you and your family.
