I played through the demo and loved it! I would like to see either a more direct statement that the signpost increases land or what exactly roads do. It was a little confusing and took me forever to realize I didn't have to expand with only houses

I did not see the apocalypse coming. That took me off guard.

Yeah, getting tilled soil then tomatoes is a better move then the chicken pen. The chicken pen is needed to unlock the research for the egg and butcher buildings that let you turn the chickens into food. Note the best combo is tilled soil next to a well, as that boosts how many crops you'll produce on that tile. As for white meat, 1 white meat on the bbq is equal to 7 cooked meat (if its near the hunter building and a dwelling). So it can really add up. Finally, domains have an awake and sleeping state. While awake, you'll see a +1(or higher), as it is currently generating whatever of that domain (fear, heat, etc...). While asleep, there is no +1(or higher), as it is not generating power and thus you don't have to current spend the pip resource to fight it. Though you can and should as the domains get stronger start to stockpile the positive power even when the domain is dormant.

The growing discomfort over pro- I mean performing alchemy gave me a much needed chuckle after a long day.

this game came out yesterday and ive spent almost 16 hours on it already

@@jaya7760 im fairly certain fish need to spawn in the water tiles like chickens or boars do on land or birds do in forests. runs are fairly long so ive only done 2 and i havent seen fish yet. birds seem to spawn only on forests though so thats the clue im using

I agree it looks like a cute, clean well made game. A silly and creative way to feed you knowledge/discoveries as well. Didn't appear like it but I thought the Hunter building would end up acting like a Butcher for the Chickens along aside its hunting abilities. Maybe it'll be a part of the Barbecue building as it's true, they would need to be cooked. Would have made sense for the chickens to at least offer eggs with a requirement to go pick them up on the tile.

The hunter will kill and produce the white meat. Then the bbq cooks it. Pips won't want to eat raw meat. And yeah, the game requires you to research eggs before the chicken pen becomes useful. (but you need to research the pen first to unlock eggs.)

Do you think you'd like to play this game more? Seems extremely enjoyable for me and I'd love to watch it

That is because the music comes from the Montpellier Codex, medieval music from the 1600 and inspirations for other musicians!
