Yemen was a territory of Ethiopia. Queen Makeda of Sheba's parents were from Ethiopia and they ruled there. Her mother is named Queen Ismenie and her dynasty with Solomon was established in Ethiopia NOT Yemen. MENELIK is her son that lived in Africa. And even if she was from Yemen (in which she wasn't) she would still have been black because the people of Yemen were black as well. The Middle East region was originally called north east Africa. FACTS!!!

Fantastic video! Makes me proud of my African ancestry. Each of these great men and women are ones whose names should be known more and lives discussed in schools. Africa has a long and rich history of great empires and the larger-than-life figures who governed them. This must never be forgotten.

A friend of mine turned me to John Henrik Clark. Opened my eyes to all sorts of new understandings in the history of the world and how it got twisted. Being from Mesoamérica, wanting to know a history where you’ve been seen as the savage all through childhood. Finally 27 years later my eyes are opening.

Thank you for having this. We need more of this. Many of our people don't know about their history. A few I had never heard of. This also shows that our women was involved. Not sitting at home in the kitchen barefoot and pregnant. 💕🙏🏽✌🏽

Not all black people have Kings or Queens ancestors in their DNA that was Kings or Queens. Some tribes was slaves sadly, you can't automatically call yourself a King or Queen unless your ancestors was a King or a Queen. Not every person from Africa was a King or Queen..
