I made fence system lock with angel 26 degree/64 degre, this is make easy smooth, stabil and strong, why i not use 45 degree, if i use 45 degree more hard for move and not durable ans strong like 26 degree. i combine that with toggle clamp and extra addtional look on back fence for make stabil and strong

    Yes you right my stanley table saw sold and change with diy table saw, but my friend ask me want this diy table saw barter with second dewalt side job table saw

    Similar to the one I built a while ago. The fence track to saw table top joint looks too small, mine was too, and deflected a bit. I am on with building a better one.

    yes similar like the old, but little bit modification and make with new material, now more light than before but more strong & precise

    @@plywoodworking if you use 16-1” threaded rod and use half carriage bolt it will lock to 1/16 of an inch. If carriage bolt can rotate half turn you will have 1/32” adjustments. Can do analogous for metric. Essentially making ultra fine but quantified lock spaces rather than create ntinuous - helps with repeatability

    What thickness mdf is it 9mm and what's the difference in the 2 colours

    This is not mdf but hmr and wpc, that new material all waterproof. Yes thickness 9mm. Try search hmr material or wpc material

    Hi James, HMR is High Moisture Resistant (MDF) and WPC is Wood Plastic Composite

    Excuse me but I see you use 2 chipboards. One green and one gray. They look like MDF, but I do not know them, could you clarify what materials they are. Thanks.

    2 different material green call hmr and black call wpc. You can search that material on google with keyword hmr material or wpc material

    Please correct me if I am wrong, but shouldn't the angle be 36 degrees as 26 and 54 equals 80 degrees not 90

    Yes 64 you right, you see on my video my inclinometer little bit broken miss 1 pixel. Look like 54 but in real 64. I measure manual right 26°

    Hmr this is new material look like mdf but waterproof and really flatten, minus use hmr the weight heavy same like HDF. If need more explain about hmr use keyword hmr material

    Ouch!!! NEVER wear gloves at rotating Machines except you don't need your Fingers or Hands anymore... This is too dangerous!!! And also I'm missing Dustextraction on the circular saw. I hope you wear a protection mask and eye protectrion... This is closest to horror and super-gau for your rest of health. I cross my fingers you don't lose anything!
