This is a valuable addition to my woodwork collection kzread.infoUgkxbnOKZBE4evMO5V2vroHeCjq6d_MV6wJO I still will rate this woodwork plan as the best in my reference library. It always seem to stand out from the rest whenever you go through the library. This is a masterpiece.

As a truck driver, these pallet wood projects make me cringe. That wood is so nasty. It is considered the lowest grade wood available and it has been soaked in chemicals to prevent bugs from eating away at it. Also, used pallets have had plenty of chemicals spilled onto them by their customers. Great looking project but I wouldn't use it around my food.

I'm of the opinion that if you need two people to lift it, it's too impractical for camping. For camping, build out of thinner wood (1/2 inch for main frame, 1/4 inch for everything else) and use sturdier hinges for durability (piano hinges are perfect). Also, those "stools" are kinda... Well, let's not comment on that other than saying they don't look comfortable. The interior divisions make little sense though. It needs either more shelves or drawers, a magnetic strip (maybe) for knives and metal tools and an area for spices. That said, it could be good around the home for the backyard or something. 🤔

Nice work well done, but to heavy and no secure space inside and to much unusable space, things will end up rattling around and a in a mess and you really want to fit a lot more into a chuck box than just a stove chopping board knife and seats.

I have to admit, you have lots of pretty cool ideas.. I am a retired master carpenter, your work is ok, far from skilled, but you are getting there.. you need to take more time to make sure everything is square, even & measurements are correct.. I do not mean to sound critical, anyone can nail/glue some boards together, it takes, learned skills, to get your fit & finishing to look good... You are well on your way... Please take more time to align, square your joint's... I also taught woodshop as a teacher.. I notice everything.. To make great money, you need to try to make everything as perfect as you can... Again I am sorry if I have offended you by pointing those things out... You learn by not making same mistakes... Be Blessed and have a great day

I have to agree with you. This feels really rushed. He could've spent a few more minutes here and there. Not that it isn't functional. Sometimes functional is all that's needed. But if it's made to sell, custom ordered or anything like that. The extra care is necessary in my opinion. Woodshop in school was fun. My grandpa taught me more than the class did. I was well ahead of the curve. I started woodworking alongside grandpa at 6. By the time I got to pick woodshop as a class I was using power tools, hand tools and techniques they didn't have or teach. They were really worried about middle school kids using a table saw, or any of the other power saws... hahaha

Its pretty but unnecessary. A bit ridiculous if you were doing it yourself. Get a wood box from ikea, a sturdy stepstool, wood for doors and counter, and definitely some piano hinges and latches and you are set. Much lighter for half the cost they will charge you. I expected this to have more shelves as well.
