Thanks for the upload, looks like a great day, I had planned to go but my car is in the garage at the moment with suspension damage, potholes and I didn't want to disturb SWMBO,who had a tennis tournament. I'll schedule this event in for next year.😉

I would definitely recommend this Gala.. there is room for improvement in my opinion but it is fun none the less

Great video! I really wish I could have made this gala, it looked amazing, especially with the reintroduction of 6990 as 6988 after it's 10 year overhaul. Although saying this I have managed to spend a day with Horden on the Tanfield Railway, so all is not bad.

It was fun.. 6990 hasn’t returned from her ten yearly overhaul. She had been withdrawn last year due to an issue found with her boiler. She’s had a new ticket as far as I am aware.

@@MaximumPressureSteam yeah tbh it does get confusing when people state that a locomotive had gone in for a ten year overhaul when they mean ten yearly
