Great BUSINESS CLASS | EVA Air 777-300ER to Taipei 长荣航空
In this video, I will be showing you my flying experience with EVA Air B777-300ER from Kuala Lumpur to Taipei in Business Class. I am looking forward to experiencing this airlines’ business class which is entitled Royal Laurel. Since 2020 March, I have never boarded EVA Air’s aircraft until today. The last trip with EVA was right before the pandemic hit the world, whereby the aviation industries came to a standstill. Upon boarding, cabin crew greeted us enthusiastically. The senior crew serving my aisle is so professional with strong knowledge of all the products onboard. When I sank into my seat, I realised there was a used plastic paper (towelette). The crew apologised profusely when she found out that, followed by the purser who also approached me personally and assured me that she would write a report of it. That’s really thoughtful and responsible of them. My first impression about EVA Air’s cabin crew - professional, friendly and attentive. Knowing the age of the aircraft, the hard products offered onboard showed sign of age. It definitely cannot be competed with the rival airlines Starlux Airlines, knowing that Starlux is a brand new airlines.
Inflight catering is great, except the gravy is too sweet. A wide array of beverages, drinks, wines and beers are offered. However, it’s sad that hard copy menu is not handed out to the business class passengers. Most of the airlines go for e-menu which can be found in the entertainment system. As for EVA, I can’t find the menu and list of beverages provided in its inflight screen. After the main course, there was no hot soup served. Also, there is no hard copy of inflight magazine (enVoyage) provided in the seat pocket. It’s available if you connect to the inflight Wi-Fi. Of course, there werent any bag of amenity kit was given. Probably they are still In the recovery stage and of course I understand the fact that mid haul flight Is didferent from long haul flight. I would love to experience EVA Air’s Dreamliner If I have the opportunity. Have you ever flown with EVA Air? How do you find about EVA’s business class service? 歡迎大家回到我的頻道 今天將帶大家跟我一起體驗長榮航空波音777-300ER的皇璽桂冠艙 (商務艙) 從吉隆坡飛往台北。自疫情爆發以來我就沒有乘搭過長榮航空在這之前是體驗他們家的經濟艙 嚴格算來這應該是第四次了。長榮航空給我的感覺就是非常的專業。在安全檢查方面都非常小心翼翼的同時長榮航空也被評為五星級航空。登機時座艙長熱情歡迎我們。在我的區域服務的空服員非常有經驗對專業知識非常了解。當時我在我的座位看到了一些小小的垃圾就立即向空姐告知，空服馬上跟我道歉並向座艙長報告。我對長榮空姐的第一印象就是專業，友善&積極。由於平均機齡也有一些年數機上硬體設備也有點舊，絕對不算新。
機上提供的餐飲非常好吃除了醬汁太甜。酒水選擇也是多樣化。可惜，餐飲菜單還是沒有提供給商務艙客人。一些航空公司已經把菜單電子化 一些是在影視系統裡能找到又或者旅客可以使用手機連結WiFi. 或許是機上設施有點舊，沒有看到電子版菜單。本航班雖為4小時30分鐘但沒有熱湯提供。機上雜誌也沒有提供，僅有電子版的雜誌。跟空姐反映之後空姐也積極向座艙長匯報並承諾回紀錄並回報給公司。目前也是沒有看到任何盥洗包或美妝包提供給商務艙客人。或許以後中航程會有提供？有機會我會很想體驗長榮航空的夢幻客機。對於長榮航空你有什麼看法？在座誰有飛過長榮航空的歡迎在留言區分享討論。也別忘了訂閱加關注Dragflyer9669

I boarded Eva Air January 1 2024 Toronto to Taipei Cabin Crew provided Professional and Attentive Service Meals are superb Substantial and Tasty Seats are comfortable with Sufficient Leg room for stretching I highly recommend EVA AIR When travelling

@@raymondluk4620 EVA Air is a good one. Crew are amazing. Taiwanese hospitality is incomparable to AC or UA. I would opt for EVA Air again if I have a trans-Pacific trip
Wow! Nice airline, great service
Nice review. Surprised your departure airport did not have a star alliance lounge. The crew seems a lot friendlier than other airline crews I’ve seen. I hear they are a lot more proactive also. I like the old style table cloths and dishes better than the new style. Would love to fly with EVA air someday. One of my top 2 on my bucket list.

For such a short flight, not worth business class but okay to experience it at least once. we fly business when we can for long haul flights and it is better.. for example from Vancouver to Tapei (about 12.5 hours) and back (about 10.5 hours). Then it is worth it.. for short haul, premium economy is a good choice for "upgrade"
Quite have similar experience with you when I'm flying with EVA air last February, they offer so much snacks, bread and drink until i have to turned down their offer. Looking forward to fly with EVA air again in near future

不客气 感谢你的收看 台湾的航空公司没有太多可挑剔的了 如果跟中东欧美非的航空公司比起来的话，台湾的真的很棒很棒。
這是長榮第一代的皇璽桂冠艙節目系統真的沒有餐單，長榮真的要看如何補救，這個座椅也是十年前推出的真的舊了，不過長榮的餐點已經有回來了，新航到是沒回來經濟艙還比之前差，長榮要長程線午晚餐才會有熱湯 長榮現在要無紙化，所有的雜誌都放在雲端要下載，連餐單酒單都省了，不過可以反應

真的好可惜 很希望餐单可以提供那客人可以随时参阅 那天飞星宇台北曼谷3小时没有餐单 但至少在饮食系统里还能参阅 之前乘搭星宇商务舱台北吉隆坡有提供热汤本以为长荣也会有，结果可惜了 没能尝到浓汤

挑不出毛病的真五星航空
I flew last month business with EVA from BKK to AMS and was rather disappointed. No champagne before take off and the champagne we got later was was no longer good and tasted like cork. Wines were very good. Food from AMS to BKK was poor, from BKK to AMS was good. Departure from AMS was 1 hour delayed and after 1 1/2 hour I had my first drink. Staff was good. Nevertheless, Next time I will choose again for EVA air but I hope their service will be a bit better like Qatar for example.

If I'm not mistaken, "no champagne before take off" was probably due to local authority's rules. Hopefully EVA notices the comment. I can understand too if the food wasn't that nice for certain sector. If it's from BKK, TPE's catering, food are usually amazing. I received dirty utensils twice, (JFK-TPE & SFO-TPE) be it wrapped in sealed plastic bag, apparently the ground / catering staff didn't do the job properly. Thanks for watching.

@@Dragflyer9669 No, it had nothing to do with Local Authority rules. I think it has more to do with austerity because they started with sparkling wine, the champagne was served later together with the food. And like I said, the champagne was just bad. That glass of champagne gives that little bit extra in business class .

Only my father has flown Eva Air from Taipei to Manila pre Star Alliance. On TPE-MNL BR🇹🇼 > PR🇵🇭 you have to do this from New York JFK Pre 2012 EWR San Francisco Los Angeles Toronto Vancouver to Manila BR🇹🇼 via TPE to CEB/MNL 🇵🇭 is better than PR🇵🇭. Which can explain why you have Filipino passengers on their US/Canada to Taiwan flights. Same thing for Eva Air fellow Star Alliance Skytrax 5 star partners OZ🇰🇷 NH🇯🇵 and SQ.

You may consider some other airlines. You will have very good experience on it.
Today I went on MYairline Kl to KB but suddenly the flight was delayed 5 hours late and going back was 4 hours late 😱 I chose the wrong airline but its still good

Sorry to hear that, I would feel the same too if I experience the delay for 5 hours. Trust me, none of the crew, ground staff or pilot love to delay. They also want to go home early, they don't wish to deal with angry passengers, if it is delay on ground, cabin crew and pilot has no extra money. To me, still can choose MyAirline, at least there are competitions with other rival airlines.

Sorry for my late reply. Unfortunately I couldn't provide more info on this as I forgot to ask the crew to let me film or snap a picture of the menu and wine's list. They do have a wide selection of champagne. I hope next time hard copy menu would return and all J class passengers get a copy of it pre-departure.

Comparatively, Starlux flight attendants are prettier, younger and service more exquisite than EVA. Much prefer Starlux any time

心胸不要這麼狹窄，口氣也不必這麼酸。 搭商務與頭等艙的客人，有時甚至高卡客人搭經濟艙都會得到這樣的服務，這是多數航司一致性的政策與服務。 再加上，要是搭過日航或全日空就會理解，這樣溫柔跟禮貌的服務，就是台日航司的特色，並非誰網不網紅。
