Cant get over how the girl playing Sandy was DANCING IN HEELS?!?! On top of that she had AMAZING FOOTWORK! Outstanding performance!

Nothing changed in the production, just cast changes. Same Danny, Sandy, Rizzo, Doody and Vince Fontaine to the 2022 run. Ellie Kingdon was promoted to principal Marty when she was previously the cover, but she was still the alternate Sandy too. Otherwise new cast for all other roles. This Nikolai Foster production which is now touring with another new cast really is 100 steps above all previous versions.

@@ellie1981 hi I belive its the same as previous production S the one with Olivia and Danny is the same company and website as the tour now, and its the same Instagram page, so please tell me why u think its different And was anything changed in script or is it longer now Also I noticed Olivia used to not wear jacket and wear different shoes but then the 2023 version she wore a jacket and had red shoes

Maybe just in the way people played things. One minor thing that I preferred in the 2022 version was during Those Magic Changes when they’re all spreading the word about Rizzo’s assumed pregnancy, in 2022 Sandy is dancing closely with Kenickie (not romantically) but In 2023 she was playfully dancing with Jan instead. I loved this scene and seeing Sandy with the gang away from Danny, as coupled with There Are Worse Things I Could Do being sung directly to her, it gave better context to her making the change rather than just changing “for” Danny. Patty was also played very differently, being far more flirty, jealous and funny in 2023, whereas Jessica Croll’s 2022 version was a lot more prim and proper. Some of the costumes also changed for the ensemble during the dance, and depending on who was in each role on any given day, they’d have a slightly different wardrobe. Sandy’s wardrobe right at the end was definitely different. I believe she had a skimpier top with red bra showing in 2023 than the previous year.

@@ellie1981 oh so the script is all same just different stage directions ? And is the set the same ? What I noticed for sandy is one version she wore a jacket and either black boots or red shoes. And the other she didn't wear a jacket and she wore black boots or red shoes I prefer the red shoes version they look way better I really hope to see it this year for first time but not sure I can sadly tickets so expensive at Bristol
