Child of Light meets Lost Vikings (yes, I am THAT old...) meets Ori, possible meets Metroid and Hollow Knight, too. This year's lineup of games is wreaking havoc on my wallet and I LOVE it!

This is the kind of ad I want to see, I saw it on youtube a week ago while watching E3 stuff. This looks fantastic, take my money.

This looks very much like a puzzle platformer, so I am guessing it is closer to Trine, as far as gameplay is concerned.

The chances of this will be below zero but what if Nintendo acquires the license to Deltora Quest and tasked Monolith Soft to develop it? That would be a dream game for me.

The Lost Vikings was such a great game. It's sad that Blizzard doesn't make anything out of that IP. Imho they should make a Lost Vikings Maker where players can make and share their own levels. I'd buy that in an instant, especially if it had a coop mode. I suggested it to Blizzard years ago via Twitter, because what else can I do. But I'm just a random dude without any followers, so most likely nobody has ever seen my tweet.

@@LtksK I've been waiting for new Lost Vikings stuff for decades now :( It seems with online multi-player it could be amazing. Great story, funny characters (sighs). Maybe Nintendo will release it on their online service.

@@mac24seven I guess there is no real point in waiting anymore. As it is now it's highly unlikely Blizzard will make games that don't generate a constant stream of money. We are lucky the Lost Vikings made it into HotS, but I doubt there will be more anytime soon. If I had some serious photoshop and art skills, I'd make a fake leak for a Lost Vikings Maker game, maybe that could create some incentive to make a game. I I'll ever happen to be rich, I'll pay a small indi studio to make my own Lost Vikings game ... with blackjack and hookers.

I'm excited for this gem. Artistic, creative, and energetic.

Looks like another great game that I will add to my collection.

Gotta play *something* while we wait patiently for SilkSong 🤷‍♂️ …and I’m using the word “patiently” veeeery loosely. That being said, I humbly apologize to Team Cherry. By all means they can take as long as they may need in order to ship the best game possible. We’ll be eagerly anticipating its arrival in the meantime by playing awesome games like the one in this trailer.

Uhm... ever heared of "Trine"? This Series has already 4 Games and it's also like Lost Vikings if it comes to puzzle solvings with different abilites.

@@UndeadCollector I have played the first Trine, and it doesn't fill the niche for me. Part of the fun of the puzzles in LV is the fact that all three characters are in the level at the same time and positioning them relative to each other and the hazards is a big part of how it works. The fact that the other characters disappear when you swap in Trine is makes it feel very different (although it is still a good game)

@@tylerowens uhm ok, i get that point. But it is possible to play Trine in multiplayer where each player get the role of one of the Heroes. Im not sure how Greak will work at the end, but it did look more like you can control 2(or 3?) chars at the same time or it also has multiplayer.
