Notes:
Some initial fluctuations in the SBD mix at the beginnings of the sets. The sound improves in set 1 with They Love Each Other.
A loud drum boom was reduced in Jack Straw.
The No. 149676 SBD CM patches a dropout in Cold Rain and Snow (transfer by Charlie Miller, 4/24/20).
EQ was used to address some boominess in the AUD and two sections of extended high end in the SBD.
SBD levels changed at times (more significantly with part of Sugar Magnolia and all of Baby Blue), for which adjustments were made.
About a 1m10s segment was repeated during the Space > Wheel transition in the SBD source and was removed.
Some clicks and pops were removed. A moment of digi-static was removed at 3m03s in Foolish Heart.
The SBD was so darn dry that even the matrix comes off as a little dry at times, but there really is a significant improvement here if one compares it to the original soundboard source. The SBD/AUD mix is pretty standard ratio, and compensatory level adjustments were made as needed.
Awesome '91 show! Great second set! Nice choice, Dan!

Ok… Wow! I just gotta put in my two-cent review on this one. Truth be told I started at Crazy Fingers and just that and New Speedway alone are price of admission worthy. Quickly realized the vocals are just top level here, and I’ve rarely heard them all play quite so precisely and so totally locked in. Billy and Mickey put in an all time- great Rhythm Devils segment and when the rest of the band come back in- it’s just further perfection and amazing clarity of every instrument. The sonic quality is astounding and the playing is exquisite. Killer Wheel and toward the end of Black Peter the band shifts into one higher gear after another, far surpassing the peaks of all but the Sickest, most high energy shows in GD history. Listen well at adequate to excessive volume and this second set is just devastatingly beautiful and powerful. Hardly an out of tune note or slip on anybody’s part, and the vocal performances carry serious weight throughout. I’m beyond impressed and this is going into regular rotation for the foreseeable future! … and I haven’t even gotten through the killer first set or beginning of second set yet( I just HAD to start at Crazy>Speedway combo🤷🏻). This is Hot stuff. Thank you! Lucky crowd that night; total mind-blower. Love it when a show still surprises me by how friggin’ good they were when “ IT” all came together. SO Nice.🐰 🎩!
