Glad you kept an eye on this place and attempted to help out the young family. Hope they are well, wherever they are now. That was nice work. You got the design lines back in place, the drain is cleared for rain, it is right on a main driving area and will be pleasant for all passing by. Nice you had a blower able to move those packed, backlogged leaves in the gutter area.

Looks fantastic Brian! I remember when you cut it the first time. There was lots of sod way out in the street - where your truck is parked in this video. You worked so hard getting all that dug up and removed. I remember it well because I’d not seen grass growing in the street like that! 💚👋🏼

That house has reminded me of myself, I'm alone at home (well, with the cat, but he... doesn't care) and I do my makeup in the morning even if I don't go anywhere. The lawn care has been good for that house, just as makeup is good for me. Now we are both happy.☺☺🥰
