Sir aap sahi baat bole hai. Lekin young designer ko bhi ye jo comapny hai jaha designer kaam karta hai wo log sav milke usko uncle bana dete hai. Creativity ka dhajiya uda dete hai. Company ka boss hi khud ko director/ artist samjhta hai and designer ko bol bol ke battar se battar design karwata hai, matlab ayesa design jo koi bhi rule ya principle ko follow nehi karta hai. Company ka boss to hati ka dant dekh ke hire karta hai phir hire karne ke baad designer ko path padhata hai. Tod marod ke uss designer ka confidence, creativity, ko kahi dafna deta hai.
