Graphene WINDOW Coating From Artdeshine!! Absorbing Daily Wear And Tear!!
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
Today, we put Artdeshine Graphene Window Coating Through the Apex Detail Review Process! In order to achieve the best shine and protection, Artdeshine formulates and manufacture specialised automotive care products that cannot be found elsewhere. Graphene in its simplest form, at just one atom thick, is the lightest, strongest and thinnest material known to man. Its excellent properties make it a desirable substance to be incorporated into car coatings. While Graphene might seem perfectly suited for such applications, it is not an easy substance to work with and requires special techniques for it to disperse evenly in a liquid - absolutely required for it to be used effectively as a coating. Artdeshine is the first automotive care products brand to successfully harness the benefits of Graphene applied as a surface protection coating that exhibits enhanced tensile strength, durability as well as flexibility. Artdeshine's Nano Graphene coating is also extremely capable at reducing heat absorption, the main cause of ugly water etching spots that ruin the surface of your paint. It is also corrosion and chemical resistant, protecting your paintwork from bird droppings, tree sap, dead bugs and other harsh chemicals.

When stretched in its one-atom-thick form, graphene does not tear due to its high tensile strength. WIth polymer (PDMS) coatings already highly tensile, durable and flexible when absorbing daily wear and tear, the addition of graphene oxide reinforces these properties.

That has to be the cleanest Hyundai Egg I've ever seen! Very excited to see the durability of a graphene glass coating.
Thank you for the wiper chatter part. You’re the only person that I’ve seen mention this. I could use a lot of different coatings, however some will cause the wipers to chatter
Very Good Video showing all steps that might be needed to properly do windshield !!!!!!
Graphene used here is not the stellar results I was expecting. Looks similar to my other two coating products and will outlast RainX by a wide margin. Thanks for giving us a complete picture on how to prepare and apply the coating.
Great video B!

Looking great 💎You will have to see how it holds up 👍🏻
Interesting!
I use Turtle Wax Seal & Shine on my glass. Raindrops start moviing up the windshield at about 25 mph, and the windshield keeps itself clear in light rain without any help from wipers at 30 MPH. In a medium rainstorm, I pulse the wipers every 1 to 2 minutes as needed. The Seal & Shine lasts a couple months for me, and the wipers move smooth and without any chattering when I do use them.
I like the prep steps - valuable for any coating. I use Angelwax H2Go at the moment, on all windows and screen and really rate it. I would never pull out the coating bottle plastic part and use a pipette for one simple reason - i would then knock over the bottle and lose all that £££ in half a second flat!!
The effectiveness of these windshield treatment is dependent upon the rake of the glass and the speed of the vehicle. Regardless of the price they don't work well on my Buick LeSabre but are great for my DTS. I too will likely stick to Rainx. Thanks for showing us an option, Brian!
Thx for a very informative look at this window coating and also, thx for not adding 'music' to your voice over.
Once again excellent as always Brian. I didn't know you could rub Scotch-Brite on glass I thought for sure it might leave fine scratches but I learn something new

Rodney Young not much durability in those products. Aquapel is better but still only 3-4 months
Since I use Sonax BSD as drying aid I get very similar water behaviour on windshield and windows.
How’s this compare to Glassparency?
I'd be interested to see long term reviews on different glass sealants... I used Rain-X for a while until I heard about Aquapel. On my current vehicles I have 8 years, 3 years and 2 years on the initial Aquapel application and it still has excellent performance.
@platinumautoglasswindowtin88

cintocrunch long term reviews are hard to accurately test. All depends on how many wiper swipes you do. It's all about abrasion. Using wiper blades dry or with minimal water on them also affects life expectancy. I live in western Canada, Aquapel lasts about 3 months on average.
@cintocrunch

@@platinumautoglasswindowtin88 I see some people say it only lasts 3-6 months and others have experiences like mine. I live in MD and the longest application has lived all but a year or two outside 24/7. We get single digits up to triple digits, dry spells and wet spells. Maybe I've just been lucky or maybe they have revised the formula and it doesn't last as long now but I have NEVER reapplied Aquapel after the initial treatment.
Any concerns regarding the product effecting the plastic cowl or is taping it off necessary for added protection
How would you damage tge laminate behind the glass you would needvto break the glass.?
it'll be interesting to see if bug splatter is much easier to remove with this product
Best guess as to when the graphene products will become more affordable?

Pat B speaking from experience may I suggest you stay away from any polymer based products(like streak & shine)on your windshield. Back glass and side windows are ok(not great but ok) but definitely not windshields. You'll start getting a haze as the wipers swish back and forth. Especially noticeable at night with oncoming traffic. And yes, Chris from Carzilla is a great guy.

Glenn Fell Glassparency is one of the better glass coatings I've used but I found that for it to work at its best it needs to be topcoated every 3-4 months. My customers are finding it a bit of a nuisance to come see me every 4 months, but,,,,,, it works pretty dam good.
I got a good workout in last week Makita rotary 6 inch carpro rayon felt pulling out scratches on a tall SUV I was on step on stool ceriglass is tough to work with it was drying out and the rotary was pulling me all over the place but it did lead to great result I topped with kisho coating. Longest lasting window coat was Gtechniq.
I have a product I'd love sending you to try out. Can use on all surfaces. Don't need glass cleaner because it cleans and seals without streaking.... and by the looks of your rain video, our's beats that. Our product is easy to apply, simply wipe into paint, glass, plastic or rubber and wipe off. Nano acrylic polymer based.... enhanced with graphene, silica (Si02), titanium (Ti02) and ptfe.

Hi Brain, I'm from Malaysia and just been following your channel early of this year. Hope you are fine and stay safe there. I have several question hope you could give me some advice and feedback 1. I am using Menzerna 400 heavy cut for compounding, should i use Medium cut for next process, or just straight to Menzerna 3800 gloss finishing? 2. What are your recommendation on Rupes DA pads, especially their coarse wool ? Good or there is much better pads that can go along with its DA machine 3. Do you have any tips and advice on how to bring up the gloss and clarity of White paints and light color? Rimbunan Khazanah First off Brian has forgotten more than I know, so he will lead you in right direction! But I have Menzerna products. I find the 400 finishes out quite well for a compound, so can probably go to the final polish. But you best bet is to try a small section with the final polish. Check results if good then there you go, if not then go to the medium cut. The less clear you remove (with good results) the better If you look at Brian's videos you will see he really likes the Uro Fiber 50/50 pads I have found the Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions Ceramic Spray Coating is an easy gloss booster. I know Gtechniq's advertised as a 2 year coating. I installed it on my truck. The amount of road salt throwed on the ground this winter didn't ever hurt it. I installed it in September. It also made it easier to scrape ice off the glass. you can get the glass polish and the smart vision for less than 40 bucks. If there is any similarities between this and Gtechniq's, than I wouldn't call it close. It would suck to have to reapply Rain X in the winter.
