Just want to add that if you don't have natural peanut butter on hand, melting regular peanut butter in a small bowl in short bursts in a microwave also works :)

I'm guessing it's the peanut butter that replaces that
This video should be titled "Tinker Bell makes granola".
I made my granola with crunchy organic peanut butter, oats, honey, added sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries. Came out crispy and yummy.

Hi you have the best recipe ever i just love the one with the dates boyyyy cant wait to make some today .
Thanks so much I added mixed seeds chopped almonds and chopped walnuts and some coconut flakes and it’s AMAZING
Yummy! I love your recipes!!
These are currently in the oven. Lots of other recipes say to bring honey and oil to a quick boil together on the stovetop and THEN add it to the dry mix. So that’s what I did, except that I used peanut butter and not oil, so basically your recipe but just both combined and cooked before pouring it over. Let’s see if that makes it even better. I’ll also try again following your instructions exactly, so I can compare if it’s worth the extra effort. I have to say, the smell heavenly. Thank you for the recipe.
Made this :) I improvised and just did a cup of oats with a big spoon of normal peanut butter and some honey... now for the long wait until it comes out of the oven. (No need for natural peanut butter if you microwave the jar for a few seconds!).
Inspiring! I will definitely try these out! Thank you for sharing :)
I made some this morning. I used walnuts and raisins since that's what I had on hand. I will make again and try some other combos particularly the hazelnut and chocolate chips.
Wow! Loved your chanel... i will watch everthing... thanks for sharing!!!!
Looks delicious!
This was very good! I love that you show us a simple base we can easily customize. I usually make a more complex granola, but refrain from making it reguarlly because there are so many components. This was very easy. Not my all time favorite granola, but it's definitely my all time favorite quick granola. It's going to be wonderful for some variety when I want to use up all my leftover nuts and seeds and dried fruit. :) Thanks!!
Love your recipes
Yummm! Love these three flavors! The chocolate hazelnut one sounds simply amazing! Can't wait to try all three - thanks for sharing Sara Lynn!

Hi The Domestic Geek I am so happy that I discovered this easy vegan granola recipe that I can bake with my simple oven at home! :) May I ask if I can use agave nectar instead of maple syrup as I prefer a much lighter sweetness... not sure if it will withstand the heat. Thank you!

Stacey Abellard It's sooo YUMMY!!
These are great ideas. I've made granola twice following the general idea here, but with the ingredients I wanted and actually used 1 Minute Oats; first time because that's all I had, second time because I liked the result. 1 minute oats are not as coarse as regular oats which gives a nice, easier to chew consistency and forms nice little soft, crispy clusters. I don't like regular granola for the particular reason that it takes forever to chew a spoonful, so apparently, quick oats is what works for me. thanks for the idea though!
This sounds and looks amazing! And I love the fact that you have used no brown sugar! Just one questions, what would you say is a serving size? I'm currently on an eating plan and documenting everything I eat but trying to eat as little refined sugar as possible. Thank you! Xx
