Great interview. I love brother GM Anthony Spirit...Always Genuine. I remember being at When World Collide / X Man Security Office...and Grand Prof. Vee came through. What a humble spirit he was and I watch him and I noticed he loved manipulating joints locks on the students. Also, Dr. Powell (Doc) was always fun to be around...especially in conversation. When I was a journalist I wrote a newspaper article about him, GM Anthony, and the dojo in the 90s and suggested that he (Dr. Powell) write a book. And he said, "Brother Simon, that's a great idea... Of course some things I would have to leave out of the book." And we started laughing. He was great person. I remember Soke Lil John use to come and train us and he was so informative and wanted us to have a flow with our movements and be precise during our training. I really those days. Ous to the V.S.K Family all over the world. Eye to Eye, Heart to Heart.

King Simon Presents I remember training at When Worlds Collide in the 90s. Our organization(BAHC) , with Eric Ture Muhammad, use to have our meetings every Friday there. I always wish I were able to put in more reps with Sanuces🙁, even though I went on to train in other arts. (Amar Berry).

I remember some of those black belts that were kind of well they did NOT let’s say favor GM Anthony especially with a black belt on but he was so AWESOME with every drill every roll every fall that they were waiting for him to gas out but he poured it on they came off the mat with a different feeling after that lol I have to speak truth GM ANTHONY was someone who was very humble & LETHAL because being on the mat with those black belts at that time was NOT child’s play they would hurt you to a point that some would not come back on the mat ever Ous
