The voice acting in this is pretty darn clean. Not bad.

Not really when Skye's hawk kind can pick up a cat or even a fully grown cow in real life then drop them on sharp rocks from high above. At the start he carries the lead until his feet get sore or cracked talons and he dropped him. Ryudo was lucky he fell through a tree without hitting any branches unlike Rambo in the 1st film but he jumped from a high cliff

in my playthrough i had all of millenia's sP moves unlocked so i used valmar's eye on him XD

There are so many good games to play through and actually beat.

Heel crush makes this a breeze

Easy game but fun

as a kid i got to this boss and i hadn't leveled up enough so i just said fuck it

When he called him "petrified" I thought he meant like stone, because he's not in his original form, but I guess he really meant like frozen solid lol

More like even though he thinks he is a God he has a human heart unlike one and has the same emotions as a human being as in fear of them

Ryudo means Zera is afraid to die inspite of his supposed newfound immortality.

@@astralwyrm3787 True but he is possesed by Valmor making him neither Human nor God but the same Baal was when he fused with Gaia in Grandia 1

Used up all my Power seeds in this one battle. Took only 1 Tenseiken slash. Just 1. LMFAO.

You’ve really made this battle needlessly difficult. As all you have to do, is use Eye of Valmar and this battle is just a joke.

Use millenias spellbinding eye, and this is actually the easiest battle in the game 😅

and without if it you have 1 of those MAGIC immune Dresses though you can't HEAL with it then you can't ever lose ALL of Zera's moves here are ALL MAGIC based so by having 2 of those Dresses 1 for BOTH female party members here then you can't ever LOSE the fight.

Zera tries to be as cool as Baal but he lacks the general's sharp sense of sarchasm. But the voice is impressive. Makes him sound like a someone who is crossed over from the land of the dead. They deserve credit for trying but it does not have the impact part 1 had for its time despite way better graphics, sound and DC Attitude to appeal to not only the Dream cast JRPG crowd but those new to the gene as well

Honestly if we talk about the english acting I think Zera sounds more crazy and psycho than Baal, I prefer Zera in that case, well it doesn't help that Grandia 1 eng dub is worst than Grandia 2, but if we talk about the Japanese acting there I prefer Baal is more intimidating there and is voiced by Norio Wakamoto, that makes it worth it x1000, Japanese Zera sounds good, but it doesn't has the psychotic actitude that english Zera has, so yeah in that case Baal is so much better.

I love the game but was disappointed in this last fight and the appearance. Although i think it was meant to convey a message of how pitiful Zera had become in both appearance and mentality.
