Coming your way is a deck I'm currently building. A $30 budget Magda, the Hoardmaster monored treasure deck. The best part is that the treasure payoff is dragons!

Creating treasures once per turn through crimes opened some fun doors when deckbuilding, including some downright goofy artifacts. The bulk of the deck is made to commit crimes but throw in some dragon tech here, a little treasure tech there and we got ourselves a brew.
