Was that Takayasu ( green muwashi ) who had to do a do over? @ 30:13... Looks like he won clearly in the first bout... But lost in the do over bout...

I think what happened at 30:30 was Takayasu’s right heel stepped over the line just as his opponent made contact with the ground. Because it was one of those too close to call, they did a do over. As I understand, those 5 judges actually have a communication link to the video room.
