@@vaibhavlavhale1815 what is good about it? The architecture? Sure. The labourers got their hands cut. That should be an embarrassment, not something to be proud about. Symbol of love? This is a tomb. There's relics of an opressed dead woman- Mumtaj. Mumtaj was not his only wife. She died during her 14th delivery. He re-married after she died. Where's love? Mughals opressed indigenous communities, Hindus, people like YOU and ME. And you want to celebrate this? What is good about it? It's Hindus like you who romanticise Mughals who persecuted people of our community. How ungrateful and insensitive. Give it a thought :)

Little knowledge is dangerous....and top it with prejudice and closed mind.....you get these negative comments....rethink your understanding of nation....

Never give it the tag " Sign of true love " , what Shahjahan did for the construction of Taj Mahal ? , Nothing except exploiting poor workers , most sad part of it is that he ordered to cut hands of all architects even killed many , is this love ? If he could had made even one piller of it himself without hurting others then definately it would had been the sign of true love in true sense.

@@siddharth9090 Refusal to call a spade as a spade is delusion. I am no optimist or pessimist. I am a realist who sees things as they are. There is art in Taj, no doubt but then I can't turn a blind eye to the dark history it is a part of. And while I am doing that, I am not spreading negativity but just being realistic. The world is not all sunshine and rainbows. Face the reality.
