The first MotoGP race I ever saw. I followed Hayden in SAMA Superbike but it didn't watch MotoGP until late in the 2003 season. Rossi dominating after a 10 second penalty shows his mastery.

Don't compare the rivalities the rossi and Marquez have. Rossi win with riders like Biaggi and Gibernau which one race finish first and another race in 8 place.Marquez fught against Rossi, Lorenzo, and Pedrosa. Rossi didn't have these riders on his 5 first years in motogp. Why when Stoner and Lorenzo come in motogp Rossi start to fail slowly???

Das hab ich noch auf VHS 💪was für ein Rennen 👍unfassbar was Rossi da abgeliefert hat. Selbst heute wenn ich das sehe fiebere ich immer noch mit. Für mich eins der besten Moto GP Rennen die ich je gesehen habe. Die 46 wird immer in meinem Herzen bleiben und ich denke mit Schrecken an 2021 wenn er sein letztes Rennen fährt, für mich als ü 50 wird das übelst emotional aber die Tränen die fließen werden sind ok er hat mir mehr Freude gegeben als ich sagen kann danke dafür 👍👍👍 Vale for ever ❤️

And Rossi still would be if he was 23 yrs old. The bikes today have to many electronics controlling the bikes,. These guys didn't have any of the fancy engine mapping or control's other than there hands.

This was 10 days after I was born. I'm absolutely blessed to have a legend like him as my idol 💛 GRAZIE VALE 🥺

Truely a GOAT 🐐 #ROSSI gets 10sec penalty still wins the race with about 4sec to spare after 10sec being cut from his actual time what more can you say about the guy #VR46 the greatest ever to get on a motorcycle for competitive racing.

I didn't watching motogp when Rossi with Repsol Honda bc im studying that time,now it's time to watch what i missed.

I remember my dad’s telling me what happened to Rossi during the race, and just keep focusing on the gap on each lap. Amazing Valentino Rossi.

My one visit to, and ride on the track of Phillip Island was that year, camping near the Southern Loop. I have the "7 badge'' for attending the charity ride to the circuit from Bairnsdale. It was brilliant.

That was a gem of a ride from the doctor, thanks for sharing.
