Grand Opening of Buc-ee’s in Florence, South Carolina. May 16, 2022.

Buc-ee’s has finally officially opened in Florence, South Carolina. This one is extra special to us since it is our “home” Buc-ee’s now. It’s a one of a kind place that everyone needs to visit at least once.

Watched the entire video. Very informative. Donna did an excellent job on being the broadcaster. Loved Donna’s sidekick. Her ride or die partner. Her Mom!!! Saved the video in Favorites, will watch it again and I want to show others. Thanks 😀

That location is the first Buc-ee’s I’ve been to. I live in Salt Lake - I probably won’t get to one again for awhile. Cool thing to see in person. Nice video. Thanks for posting.

It is a cool place to visit. I believe they are building one in Colorado, so they are moving their way out in your direction. The first one I visited was in Florida, but I was thrilled they built this one in my home state. Thanks for watching!

I had never heard of Buc-ee’s until a couple of years ago while watching KZread videos. I was impressed, so I checked out the one in St Augustine and really liked it. I hyped up the one in South Carolina on my social media, and thankfully it lived up the the expectations.

Love the footage you captured inside and out of this grand opening. Would love to see y’all at the Crossville Tennessee opening. What will my family and I see at the opening? We would like to get there a little before the ribbon cutting.

Thank you! I won’t be able to make it to the Crossville, TN opening since I have to work at my real job that day. We arrived to this grand opening a little after 6 am, so that is how I was able to get footage without too many people in the way. We went back in about an hour before the ribbon cutting, and it was a packed house in there. The ribbon cutting was short and sweet, our governor talked, a couple of other people, then the owner of Buc-ee’s talked. They cut the ribbon, then everyone went back inside. There was a lot of good energy in there, employees from other areas came to help them get started, and everyone seemed to be impressed with everything they saw. Get ready to see a lot of people walking around with the beaver on their shirts. I think most of the state of Texas came to our grand opening because Buc-ee’s Texas shirts were everywhere. I hope y’all have a great time.

@@TravelingtheSoutheast Thank you. It was my parents first time and we had a great time. Funny story ; we were standing behind a lady who’s son happened to be the mother of Cumberland County Tennessee. She said she was just there to get a picture of her son at the opening ceremony. It was nice talking to her and she was telling us about how busy he and his wife were. After she got her picture she was like alright I got what I came for see ya. I’ll be taking a few friends up there in the next days / weeks to come.

@@andrewstanley4831 I’m glad that y’all had a great time. I hope to make it to Crossville in October if my vacation gets approved. I saw a few T-shirt’s on some videos that I watched that I want, so I have to go there to get them since they are for Buc-ee’s Tennessee.

I easily spend anywhere between $80 to $150 each time I visit. A few times I have spent over $300. I have an addiction to the Buc-ee’s T-shirt’s. I think I have to have every new design that comes out. 😂😂😂

I tried to show the whole store when I covered it because that’s what I would want to see if I was watching a video. The prices on the products keep going up, but I believe the fudge is around $4 per slice now, they no longer carry the variety pack they I showed in the video with all kinds of fudge flavors, you only get 6 pieces in the box now for a little over $15. The beaver nuggets were around $5 the last time I bought some. Thanks for watching!

I’m pretty sure that it’s always going to be crowded like that. We have visited the one in St Augustine as well, and it’s always busy there. Someone told me last week that the traffic was backed up for 2 miles with people trying to visit the one in Florence.

From 2000-2003 I lived outside Florence in Timmonsville. My brother still lives in Florence. Why can`t you say what something costs so I`d have an idea of what things cost when I make it back down there from Ohio? I`ve never been to Buc-ees

The reason I don’t state the price of what different items cost is because prices never stay the same. The extra large drinks for example have already went up in price since this video was made. The prices on the snacks and sandwiches have gone up, the apple pies currently cost 40¢ more than they did a few months ago. I easily spend over $100 each time I go in there, so I’ll just say it’s expensive. Thanks for watching!

As long as it’s not a busy time of day it can make traveling easier because they have almost anything your heart desires in the store, but traffic can get a little backed up when everyone is stopping in to see what it’s all about.
