Do you know which type of hotel rooms have the plunge pools?
Also I thought the master suit have a jacuzzi

From my understanding, the Sian Ka'an Master Suites are the ones with the Jacuzzi. These, for some reason, are not listed on their website under the Pyramid rooms. I am awaiting a response to find out why
Where is jacuzzi??? 😅
How was it I been seen a ton of bad reviews but am assuming that’s because they get the cheapest rooms.

The resort itself was great. Beautiful property, helpful staff. Very clean. The only thing I would say I really didn't enjoy was the food. During Co-Vid of course some restaurants were closed, room service wasn't the fastest and it wasn't hot when we got it. If you had to make a reservation for a restaurant, you needed to get there early due to long lines and reservations running out. Outside of the food though, we had an amazing stay.
