Thank you so much for sharing this builder! We are currently in the process of purchasing land over at Belle Oaks in Bulverde, which I am told also owns Vintage Oaks? I found out that Grand Endeavor just has a price increase as of Mid March 2021. I will be happy to help you find a builder. It does not cost you anything. I am pretty sure Belle Oaks and Vintage Oaks are own by two different developers. I love the lots at both.

We have gotten bids in the past two weeks from about 8 builders in Vintage Oaks and the range is from $215 to over $300 per square foot of GLA. How in the world can prices vary that much? (We asked them to ballpark for a 2,400sf one story with "basic" finishout and simple floorplan elevations on a generally level lot.)

Ellen, I will have to ask next time Im up there. I do know its 3,733 sf and the base price is around 500K for this model. That price does not include the land.

We are around $200K for an acre in these master planed communities now days.

They were around 160 a SF but they just had a pretty big price increase due to the cost of materials going up so much.
