What a shame it's cropped and has a disgusting frame.

It seems that at the time these programs were made, the banking fraud, and consequent cash cramp, had bitten deep, and no one was building a 'Grand Design' so a rehash of previous programs was all that was possible. It might be educational if programs of total disasters were shown as well.

The problem with building in the UK, is PLANNERS! Planners are often 'wannabe Architects,' without the ability, and they have little or no imagination, BUT, they have the power to block anything with imagination. Power corrupts, and planners often become narrow minded 'little Hitlers.' They are a scourge of those with imagination, as can be seen in some of these programs.
