The name of the place is Nkanyezini, under chief Mdluli, the name Lion Park is a game reserve in the area which mostly have Lions. You don't need real estates agents the land is acquired through the chief but now it is harder to get a site, so it is wise to talk to residences of new homes for guidance.

To add on...Its Called LION PARK since it closed by a Once popular Game reserve and a Zoo ...the land.was later returned to the locals...but a Small Zoo establishment keeping Lions is still operating ...I have hunted some roaming antelopes in that area....Very Scenic and Natural peaceful area
