Obviously I'm not OP but hopefully they don't mind me butting in. I just won this on normal by 3 seconds. For transmission, set max speed to 320km/h and set 6th to around 1.255/336. Fuel map 1. These settings are similar to OP's. For the rest of the tuning, I used Praiano's SF23 tune (ignoring the gearing). Personally I used -5 brake balance to save the rears a tiny bit more, but meh.
