Fastest lap for me with the tomohawk was 1:22… most laps that aren’t spent passing other cars are around 1:25-6… enjoy your content man! I love how animated you are! Keep it up man!

Definitely hope they add more menu books, I’ve completed nearly every world circuit race and the circuit experience is just too redundant and boring for me. Can’t wait for them to add more tracks too, hopefully they add them soon 🤞

If you don't like the slippery start, just add ballast of 103kg, so you can put on intermediate tyres or hard racing tyres. That way the start is dead easy on intermediates, but you will need to pit for hard racing tyres, usually about lap 4 or 5 :)

I recommend to drive in 5th gear the first 2 laps (maybe the 3rd lap too but it depends on how good you are with the tomahawk) it makes it alot easier you can take the corners a little faster and then you will slide away less quickly because the tomahawk will accelerate slower

Just a heads-up you can hit the other cars and bump into the sides and still get a clean race bonus! Thats why there going to very well fix that race with the next update! So it is a race to do that race as many Times as possible and buy the cars you want. There are videos on how to tune the car to get it to the 595. PP. Great Video pantha keep up the great work 👍.

@@2_Bike_is_Life not sure if its every race but the clean race bonus only counts during your rise to 1st once you get first and youre lapping them you can hit them and keep the bonus(given you haven't hit anyone or gone off track before making it to 1st)

You can keep the fuel on full power as long as you’re in 5th or higher the whole race. Most times I use about 75-80% of the boost throughout and end with about .4 laps of fuel left

@@mahdichowdhury7001 use manual and shift up as soon as allowed. If you’re in auto, it tries to shift down to 3rd on the last hairpin sometimes and then you’re stuck

you can full throttle pretty much the entire track past the 2nd lap. Just stay on fuel 1 for full power and stay in 7th gear and thats it. No need to shift at all. My fastest lap is 1:10

@@AdamJC88Zeitgeist I'd say impossible to take that corner without braking in this car. Not sure about 7th though. It'd depend how you set up your gearing. I've pulled a 1:10 before and had to brake for the hairpin. If you can take the first two corners without braking though, that's where you'll make up all the time and carry momentum for the rest of the lap.

@@billybagsnatcher I tried it, I could take the hairpin in 7th gear but had to slow down to 50-60km/h. How can one take the first corner without braking though? Wouldn't you hit the wall? Do you have any traction control on? I did the whole lap all in 7th gear, but had to brake for first corner and hairpin. I think my best lap time was around 1min30sec.

I got the Tomahawk Tokyo grind down to 16min 55sec with clean race bonus, it definately takes 4-5 attempts to get used to the speed and handling of the car. It was fun while it lasted now that V1.13 has removed this glitch. We'll just have to wait for the next one!

Just a few extra tips for the tomahawk. Keep it in 7th gear and you only need to brake for the first and last corners. The rest of the corners only lift the throttle and fly.

Just to clarify in the race if you get penalties for colliding with the wall it DOES NOT affect the clean race bonus, just avoid crashing into other ai when you inevitably lap them.

The only way to lose clean race in any of the big money races (at least until today's update) was to disobey a yellow flag.

Pro tip: if you hit the barriers do you get a clean race bonus, but you will get a 5 seconds penalty.

What Mr Olympic said. 1st corner 135mph. The rest flat out until the next u turn but which you can do at 200. The sharp u turn at the end 35mph. Only use 6th gear apart from the start finish straight.

The all race can be done under 17min, you can ram into people after you laped them once and still get clean race. My personal best on one lap his 1:12:108

I think they patched it- can’t get my PP under 1200 no matter what changes to gears I make. They won’t go as high anymore. Even with max ballast, the gears only take me down to 1,161.03 PP. Spent a million on this car for nothing.

For your info try and hold the r3 button while going in the straight it gives you more speed because the winglets in the car stay down and that called aerodynamic baby🔥🔥🔥 the car reach 345 miles

Build & drive the DeTomaso Pantera. The wide body is KILLER and it's one of the best handling classic road car. I had so much fun in it after I built it.

I've been able to finish this race in 16 minutes Once you get a hang of the car its a fun race to push it as far as possible

I do the same with the Tomahawk on Le Man's, a circuit much better suited to the speed of the beast.

I have been doing the World Touring Car 600 on Tokyo through remote play on my Steam Deck, this thing can go for 6.5 hours on 3 watts, madness.

Theo the only thing you have to do is keeping the tomahawk on 7th gear for all the time and this will let you to stay in fuel mode 1 all the time and also you can hit ai while laping them

Recently just hit 100 million credits with this method. Been grinding for a week

Plus you can go to the Watkins Glen circuit and select the one with the 200,000cr prize and you can also grind it. I have earned more than 10,000000cr from it already

I just tried tuning to the exact same numbers on the transmission and the lowest it went was 1142pp or something like that, so they might’ve done a background patch on it. Same version of the tomahawk and everything but no luck

I'm trying now, and I cannot achieve those numbers, and my PP is still 1252.

If anyone is trying to this legit (the Tomahawk thing will be patched probably this week), drop a Gr4 NSX to 600pp and no pit stop required, has a guide on the YT for it, worked like a charm on the legit side of things.

@@Eze_Aj_Steezy it still works, make sure the trans is exactly calibrated like in video, racing hard tires, and 70 on ecu and power restrictor, I had the exclamation because I didn’t have the power restriction set to 70

So, just did a run of this, and I got the clean race bonus, but what happened during the race should NOT have allowed for it! I garnered at least 35+ seconds of penalty throughout the race, spun the car at least once after smacking into the back of another driver by accident, and even smashed into the walls pretty damned hard during the race, and it STILL gave me the bonus! Either it's not working, or the devs dunno what 'clean racing' is. XD

I just done what you did and my Tomahawk still has over 1000pp so I think they patched it? Edit: switched to another sheet and switched back and it fixed

A lap can be completed at a minute and 15 secs for the tokyo tomohawk

I went up to 281mph… this car is the best car to run away from cops and with full upgrade turbo

theres also a 550000 credit 30 minute race that can be done in the tomahawk x too. alternating between the 2 breaks up the grind of doing tokyo over & over & over... by the time ive hit first mulsane chicane, i can get a 20 sec lead against gr.4 cars

Actually Sardegna is better than le mans. It is only 750 k but it is a fully dry race and can be done in 18:45 or so which is 30 seconds slower than an average Tokyo race. It is also quicker than le mans and more efficient money.

Does anyone knows if you "retry" the race and if for some reason the electricity cuts off do you get the money after the previous race run or do you need to go back to the races menu in order for progress to be saved?

Just tried this and my pp is at 1254 with gear adjustments etc

The main thing i hate is one the lack of events in general and two how it seems most regions only have events for that region of vehicles. Like i wanna bring JDM cars to American events like trial mountain (aside from the 4wd event) and laguna seca and so on. i cant really do much with that outside of doing arcade races which are just laughable. how this game has less options than its PS1 predecessor is crazy.

Same, however it does get boring knowing you gonna win every single time with the right car. Actually, you gonna win with any Gr4 car. I find the lack of proper races to be very dull. And custom races aren't paying enough to do them.

You can always go to heavy wets after the first lap and just cruise

I found a KZreadr that made a X VGT tune that puts the car below 600PP, but at 100% power.

I did a 1min 15 lap.. its was sooo tough! Not easy controlling this car especially on steering wheel

Do this(the t-hawk x) while you can. PD has known about it for a while and chances are it's gone as early as tomorrow.

you get a clean race bonus no matter what on that stage. i rammed cars on purpose and it never stopped me from getting a clean race.

Hey guys, umm it got patched but I found a slight modification that worked lol. Set your ride height to 85 front and 86 rear and increase the toe angle on the rear to 0.25. PP will be 599.05

I've been having trouble with the tracks everytime I race on it, it doesn't matter what car I'm driving I easily lose control of my car and it spins out of control for no reason, and I can't get the control back till after my car stops spinning out of control. It doesn't seem that they fixed the game right yet. They need to fix the game where we can really have better control while we're all racing on all tracks. Especially while we're all doing championships, missions and all license tests.

To answer my own question, menu book 33 has to be reached in order for WTC 600 to be available. I made it to MB 33 today

The first Lap is hell but if you pit after the first Lap and put WET Tyres on .the race gets much quicker . Yes it allows you to change to WET Tyres if you own them …!!!!

105k in 8 minutes tokoyo expressway clubman under 550pp ride the walls around the corners youll get guarenteed 70k, 105k if you can beat it under 6:50 which ige been able to do with a wrx sti, lancer and a few others upgraded fully and downtuned to meet the 550pp

the best race for me so far is the Tokyo Expressway. 825,000cr for 12 laps. The 5 second penalty for hitting the wall is a bit annoying, but not a big deal. You will lap them several times so the penalty isn't a problem. If anyone has a better method, reply here please. Happy racing!!
