To all of us too, unfortunately, having to program and design all those cars today costs even more time and money than 20 years ago, not to mention adapting them to the new physics and making everything work according to their respective peers in life. real with all detailed interiors, not saying it's possible, but it would already be subject to massive industry crunch

@@Kekwic GT Sport is when Gran Turismo went downhill very quickly. Luckily, Gran Turismo 7 is getting slightly better, but not as good as GT5/GT6. GT5/GT6 will forever be the best Gran Turismo.

@@thebroskis6364 If you patch the game to version 1.22 you have all cars but not the anniversary edition cars and there is nothing to do to get them. I've already searched.

​@@eltoyotayarisinstalling the updates by small bunch makes it much less likely to have problems one by one would probably take a long time, but you're sure you won't have problems

After playing gt7 for a month. Think i’ll pick up a ps3 again to play this. I loved the variety in cars, c63 w204, m5 v10, rs6 c6. Now all we get are boring cars and not alot of them. Hope it gets better with updates

crazy how good of a car list this is for 2013 but i guess they are quality over quantity nowadays, the cars sounded like vacuum cleaners in this game.

@@borey123xx9 They Rather balancing Quality and Quantity, GT Sport actually a very new beginning once again i guess ? That's why they have fewer cars because Quality that they need to put on Car Modelling , animation, and sounds should be great and i think it's a good thing ..

I'm usually a PC gamer & former Xbox player but I was hoping to get into newer GT games (I only played the 90s & 2000s games via emulators) along with the new Spiderman games. Also, any chance that car manufacturers from GT6 that aren't in GT Sport like Gillet, Cizeta, Cadillac, Chrysler, Land Rover, SEAT, Lotus etc will return? Maybe also finally add Koenigsegg to the series? Forza Motorsport had it since the first game in 2005.

Man, I put so many hours online on this game. The online lobbys were endless: Car shows, Car show n'drag, Car show n' cruise, Car show n' pulls, Drag racing, Drift completions, Drift Practice, Drift Tandems practice, Top speed completion s, Cruise n' circuit racing, Time attack... there was so many endless rules for lobbys... Also It was fun to troll people with cars that you wouldn't have ever think would be fast. And the lobbys that nitrous was restricted and you would have other drivers saying you were using nitrous and them to realize the lobby had a nitrous restriction 🤡 I miss the tuning of the Transmission and all the details when tuning....the orque curve/power band, all weight, specs, power to weight ratio. It was all fun to experiment. Theres also too many cars on GT 6 and previous GT games that will probably never make it to GT 7. We can hope.

Gt6 and gta 4 was my go to for gaming in the ps3 days

Fun fact SRT Tomahawk X VGT is the fastest car in Gran Turismo right now

I love how the music is similar to GT4.

This was the game I played in the years of 2018-2022, I played it again in 2024 and then moved on to GT7.

There's something called backwards compatible my dude.

I sadly never played GT6,but after watching this I would rather play this only cause of the car list. GT7 is a failure compared to this. So many good cars,I wish they add all these cars to GT7 otherwise it sucks. Graphics might be better but not everything is in graphics. Id sacrafice it all to drive that RS4 b5,mk4 Golf R32,mk6 Golf R

GT5 and GT6 had so many prototypes, racecars, one offs, touring cars. Meanwhile GT7 is missing most of the cool cars and instead adds a bunch of ugly Vision GTs. What a shame

i felt disappointed at this, there was such hype of the vision gt in this game, and not all of them even came out in this game, such a waste of time...

This is what kills me with GT 7. I mean, shouldn't the developers still have the codes for these cars ? The game is just BEGGING for fresh content - and they go and give us a damn ambulance

Thing is, a lot of these cars come from the PS2 era of Gran Turismo. They looked fine on PS3 but on PS5 they would look terrible.

Well, let me share with you 60% of the Gran turismo 6 cars were of poor quality and details, and most of the cars were coming from Gran turismo 4, so 700 cars or 600 control to make them again, and this is impossible They do this in order to look in high resolution on PS5 and Gran turismo 7

Shame you can’t play this on ps5.

I just saw 400R '96 on GT6 and it got me thinking if they picked at least few model, extract it and then retexture, model the inside of the car, detail it and then boom done, ported it in GT7 we just have 3 weeks ago. So yeah it is possible for that.

There might be nearly 1200 cars, but about 80% of them were ported from GT3 and 4, have bad textures and no interiors. Why would you want cars like that? If you was to remove all the gt3/4 ported cars, remove the multiple car models (there's like 30 Mazda mx5's) and remove the super low powered "joke" cars they padded the list with, there's only about 250-300 cars.
