Why does it look better on GT5. Better lighting, the shadow inside the car is better. Seems brighter and more vivid on GT5.

Lol they actually made gt6 look and sound worse. Gt6 sounds bad compared to gt5 and even gt5 needs improvement.

GT5 looks so much better. I feel that GT6 should have had more time in development and been out on the ps4

On some tracks definitely. But on other tracks like Madrid, GT5 has better track lightings.

GT6: Best lighting and track layouts. GT5: Best engine sounds.

damn this is the first time I didn't get a gt game day 1. I could have waited. I'll be getting the next gen version whenever that arrives.

In this video actually GT5 is better! The sound of the car is nicer for me, and the graphics are very similar but GT6 is not better! Jesus, Polyphony really should've released a next gen game instead of this.

Wow. GT5 Looks and sounds shockingly better than GT6. WTF happened?

Sound on GT6 is incredibly bad. I can't believe how much worse it is than even GT5 - which was already pretty horrible compared to Forza 4. With all their money, this is the best they could do? The engine sounds like some generic synthesized computer sound from an 80's Atari game.

GT6 looks and sounds worse than GT5 on this video.. GT5 has a little bit more photorealistic colors and i like that the dashboard gauges are glowing so you can see whats going on there, in GT6 they are not glowing and shadows makes harder to read them.. It looks like producers just wanted to fool people by selling the same game twice and double the profits. Good job people that you are buying this ;/ GT7 will probably look the same and you will still buy it...

Is it just me or does the tires squeal a lot more on gt6.god I hate that shyt!.

***** Yes, it does. GT5 looks A LOT better than GT6. Very disappointing. Even sounds better. And we all know just how bad the sounds are on GT5. So that makes GT6 the cluster fuck from hell. The only thing GT6 has got going for it is a more "arcade" feel/handling so its easier to get into that GT5.

It's almost as if the labels are the wrong way around. Except we know the grim reality. Nothing but downgrades (even the sound..), A huge shame.

GT6 lighting is better, the track doesn't have THAT much glare in real life as shown on GT5.

SApcGUY - Yeah, the shadows we're a downgrade it seems like... Babis - It's common sense, there's very little little rubber on the portion that had the glare, thus making the glare invalid.

GT5's is a fixed day time stage, in GT6 the track can now have different times of day (morning to evening only) and weather, so it's skybox had to be changed (they used Liege's skybox) and it's lighting as well.

To me it looks like PD was trying to copy FM4's graphics style with high contrast and colorful scenarios but they failed horribly at it, FM4 looks beautiful but I always thought GT5 looked more realistic, now, GT6 is just a piece of shit, it doesn't look real and it looks ugly, it also runs worse than GT5 which couldn't keep stable 60 fps to begin with

I have a few words about GT series. I play this series since GT1 on PS1. They are fantastic games, GT1 to GT4. But in trasition to PS3 PD make a huge mistakes. The first thing is the delay in the development of GT5, Five years to make a game???? Second is the number of cars in game. Why one thousand? Five hundred of cars is good enough, with atualized car list and good cockpit vision. Who cares for 40 miatas and so on. This make GT Series knowing for good simulation make a strange choices. In GT6 specific the problem is that lot of content is going via DLC. For exemple, Senna content will come into DLC, Now you have just the cloths. Why the Gt5 and now GT¨need so much patchs? Is the 1.03 in a month. I don't understand why this happen e why this choices, But they mess up with the series. They say to launch a GT game on PS4 in one year or two, if they not rethink the choices in game design they ca lose territory to forza series.

Stop looking for improvements, the game is hardly any better. Playstation 3 isn't improving neither so they made the exact same game.
