If testing ingredients like SBM, MBM or DDG, do you pack the product into the testing cup then use your striker, or just fill to top and use your striker to even off the top?

I think gives the test weight, bushel weight and bulk density (all the same thing afaik). Different apparatus has been calibrated to give the same result. The principle uses a standardised drop to give a repeatable compressed grain result that allows repeatable density results to be taken - useful for storage and quality acceptance purposes.
