You know over here with our corn husk we use them to make tamales with a corn masa dough as its base, of course other cultures through out the americas use many different kinds of leaves to wrap the food before streaming or placing in a hot bed of coals ... But you can not beat a good tamale with a good green chili sauce ;) .. I really do admire your creativity :)
